From the beginning, the Service Department (Jeremy) was unsure of how the process would work. After my insurance company confirmed their assessment was complete, I waited three days without any update. Over the following two weeks, I placed numerous phone calls and left multiple messages that were never returned. On September 8th, after demanding to speak with someone directly, I finally reached Brandon, who confirmed the parts had arrived but could not provide any timeline for the repair. When I followed up again on September 11th, I was once more sent to voicemail with no response. I then spoke with Debbie, who attempted to page a manager but received no answer. My own attempts to contact a manager were also ignored. Out of frustration, I submitted a sales inquiry online--only then did I receive a prompt call back. During that call, I was told by Jeremy that the parts had not arrived, directly contradicting what Brandon had told me days earlier. On September 14th, I called again for an update, but once more received no answer or return call. Finally, on September 16th, Jeremy called to say my car was ready. This lack of communication, misinformation, and disregard for customers is unacceptable. My family has been loyal Subaru owners for years--we currently own five Subaru vehicles and replace them every two years. However, based on this experience, you can be assured we will take our business to Moline, Illinois, instead of returning to this dealership. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that corrective action is implemented so other customers do not endure a similar experience.

I asked if I could leave a deposit, he said yes and I put $300 down on it for him to hold it. His exact words were " I will not show this car to anyone and I will not sell it to anyone". In the week leading up to me coming to purchase the car I had sold the car I was recently driving so I could have some cash and went to the bank to get a loan so I could have the rest of the cash. Friday comes around, I call just to let them know I will be there first thing Saturday morning, his wife answered the phone and said she that she would let him know. Friday afternoon I get a call from him informing me he had sold the car Thursday. Now you will probably think that he runs a dealership and that's business. Remember that this man made a promise to hold a car for me after taking my money to hold the vehicle. He is giving me my deposit back and said sorry. The real point is this man lied about saying what he would do and if he can't even give his word to hold a car for a week which in my opinion money is more valuable to him than giving his word. So if this man says he has a good reliable car, I wouldn't take his word because in the end game this man only cares about money not his reputation and can not be trusted.

Amanda Grandsard sent me all the information on the unit. She also sent me the Buy Back paperwork that Jeep sent with the car so i would know what all was done for the buyback repair. She also told us it did come with a 1 yr bumper to bumper warranty from Jeep for the buyback repair. She also sent me all the recall work and updates that were done to the car that they had on file for the buyback. That information did match what Jeep put in the paperwork when they did the repair. They were upfront with the info we needed to take a trip 5.5 hrs to go test drive and drive it home that night. We are very happy with our transaction with the Jeep Grand Wagoneer. My daughter forgot a picture that she took with her sister and forgot it in our old van. Amanda Grandsard found it in our van so my daughter could get her picture sent to us. I sent pictures and Josh immediately texted back with a "I think we can do this!" We were thrilled bc spending 6 digits on an RV, you are wanting solutions! We drove over on a Monday , southern Creve Cour/just n of I474. First impression walking into shop, SO CLEAN you KNEW this shop/crew cared/took pride in their workplace...it also tells you the work should be just as caring too...Josh came right out, shook our hands and sd let's take a look...looked and got under/around and smiled and sd I think we can do this! He quoted me a bargain price as he described his plan to fix...his plan was an honest and efficient. I can't tell you how grateful we were to hear they're just doing their best for the customer! We left RV there and Josh sd he would take of it. To our surprise, he called later next day to say they finished! Explaining he found it a faster fix than he thought (less paint/cutting etc) and he saved us even more! We went to pick up, Josh came out and met us in front lot, showed work, GUARANTEED our happiness or come back! We paid and drove away thrilled! Now the ONLY disappointment is we (hopefully) won't see Josh again :( ...nobody wants to have to 'see' the collision/autobody lol...but at least IF we ever need bodywork on ANY car or RV, Mid-Illini Collision Center IS your shop you need to complete your work, period!
