Less than 48 hours after I got my car the battery exploded! I called and Tina told me they would cover tow and not charge diagnostics. It it turned out to not be something they had done, I would have to pay the tow. They didn't cover the tow. They have had my car for 10 days. They sent a message asking if we wanted them to replace the battery. I called and wanted to make sure everything came back fine and if they had figured out what caused the battery to explode, because I didn't want it to happen again. Marcus said they had tested everything and the only issue was the battery. We go to pick it up and Tina says they have tested NOTHING and after I replace the battery they would run diagnostics for $185.

They even canceled an existing service appointment that included parts I had already been waiting weeks for. On the surface, the facility is impressive: the sales area is modern and comfortable, there are small private rooms where you can take a call, and a kids' play area if you're waiting. However, the religious overtones throughout the dealership -- including free Bibles placed in the waiting area -- felt inappropriate and out of place for a business setting. I fully respect anyone's right to practice their faith, but I do not appreciate having it pushed at me while I wait for car service. The service department itself has been consistently disappointing. My service advisor was dismissive of the concerns I raised about my $70,000 electric Jeep. It was clear the team lacked knowledge and interest in understanding EVs; feedback I provided was poorly relayed to technicians, and the responses I received were inaccurate, passive-aggressive, and condescending. My vehicle was even returned to me dirtier than I dropped it off because they insisted on running it through their car wash, leaving water spots everywhere. Appointments typically take weeks to secure, not because they're highly sought after, but because staffing is thin -- a situation the dealership seems unwilling to solve by paying a fair wage. To be fair, the parts department was a bright spot: the individual I spoke with was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. But overall, the dealership's lack of professionalism, unwillingness to support EV owners, refusal to provide loaner vehicles, and complete disregard for customer service left me with zero trust in them. My experience here has been so negative that it's soured me not only on this dealership, but on Jeep and Stellantis as a whole.

She also told us it did come with a 1 yr bumper to bumper warranty from Jeep for the buyback repair. She also sent me all the recall work and updates that were done to the car that they had on file for the buyback. That information did match what Jeep put in the paperwork when they did the repair. They were upfront with the info we needed to take a trip 5.5 hrs to go test drive and drive it home that night. We are very happy with our transaction with the Jeep Grand Wagoneer. My daughter forgot a picture that she took with her sister and forgot it in our old van. Amanda Grandsard found it in our van so my daughter could get her picture sent to us. When I'm in person, everyone is super friendly and helpful. But, if I don't go in to the dealership - nothing gets taken care of, or even addressed. On SEVEN separate occasions my phone call was not returned when being told "we'll get right back to you" I sent an email detailing my experiences, which was not returned.. but when I went in to the dealership "we got your email" oh ok it just wasn't important enough to acknowledge or reply until I randomly walk in? I was denied a loaner vehicle for 60 days ("none available") but I was told 3 separate times that "one is being returned this week and we will get it to you" Nothing happened until I walked into the dealership and made a big deal about it. And guess what...? Drove away with a loaner that day. I was offered an apology from the service manager when I picked up the loaner, but that's it. 3 weeks later my car is done. They forgot to program the proxy key to my driver's door but I don't even want to take it back until I can be without it for 2 weeks because that's probably how long I'll be without it.. Hopefully it's just a case of poor organization and prioritizing - which can be fixed

Within the first two weeks the car started stalling at nearly every intersection. I took it in for service more than once to resolve the problem. The technician, Dave, listened to me, understood the issue, and did his best to fix it. Unsuccessfully. At each service call I was given a loaner free of charge. Both the salesman, Ted, and the General Manager, Devon Anderson (who gave me his personal cell number), made contact with me and assured me the problem would be fixed or they would get me into another vehicle. I now own a pretty 2021, Hyundai Kona. I am a full time delivery driver and was more than anxious at not having a reliable car. Things happen and bad cars slip through the cracks. I am truly thankful that when this happened to me that Devon, Ted, and Dave were there to assist.
