Service was quoted at a few days and they had it fixed the same day and I was able to come back and get the car the next day. Exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend Autohaus of Peoria and if you've got an Audi make sure you ask for Nikovan, he will take care of you.

Rude and Unprofessional. My wife and I purchased a new 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan. The salesman Michael…read moreCarnegie did an excellent job of showing us the vehicle, explaining the features, and answering questions. The entire process took three hours which was longer than expected, but Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. When we came back to take delivery of the vehicle, things took a turn. The finance manager Jackson asked me if I was interested in purchasing the extended warranty and I had done my research and decided to decline. Once I declined, his whole demeanor went from not very friendly to begin with to rude and condescending. He all but guaranteed that the water pump would go out and it was a high dollar item and that it would cost more later and basically that the car was going to fail early and prematurely. He was visually pissed off and refused to look at me. My wife looked over to me and acknowledged this change in demeanor. Things went down hill from there and I was ready to leave and I said hopefully Michael has a screwdriver to put the license plates on and he curtly said something along the lines of "I certainly hope so" with a "I don't give a shit about you" vibe. It wasn't my imagination as my wife had noticed his attitude earlier. That was the straw that broke the camels back and I called him out on his unprofessional attitude and told him I didn't appreciate being treated like that and stated that he didn't have to act like so unprofessionally and rudely. This wasn't my first poor experience with this dealership but I thought I could give them another try. My mistake. Tip of the Day: If you want to sell an extended warranty maybe try and explain the benefits and don't act like a rude condescending unprofessional ____ to the customer. Lucas Dam - Maybe as the manager you can work on training your staff on how to treat customers with courtesy and professionalism. This type of behavior should never occur and there are plenty of other car dealerships to patronize. I have never experienced treatment like this before and no one should have to but I wanted to share my experience.

We had NEVER been to Green so we thought we would give it a try this time. The sales person (Don) insulted me as he came back with a revised offer, telling me he was actually doing us a "favor" by giving us a bit more for our trade. We walked out, went to Uftring Chevy, and were given a great deal, and treated with respect!

ASHLEY When we…read morepurchased this car we were told it had half tire life left. While bringing it in for it's first oil change we were told all 4 tires seeded replaced because the alignment was off which was ridiculous because the car hadn't been driven that much and should have been properly aligned when purchased. Then the vehicle was basically sitting for a year because I had health issues and couldn't drive. A couple months ago we got a nail in a back tire. We brought it in a couple weeks ago to have that tire replaced and was told that the other back tire (which is basically brand new) also needed replaced because of it was cupped due to bad alignment. This vehicle hasn't been driven hardly at all so it wasn't from normal usage. This car has something wrong with the suspension or something because the tire wear IS NOT NORMAL. And now there is something wrong with the electrical system. This car is a 2019 with low mileage and we have already replaced 5 tires, NOT counting the tire that had a nail in it. Now it is sitting in our garage with the check engine light on and will not start. This is a 2019 Jeep Compass that we paid around $25,000 for less than 2 years ago. It's a lemon. We have put around 8500 miles on this car since October 2023 And I never said we spent $10,000 on repairs. I said that is what we will be out if we trade it in because the trade in value is low.

When I'm in person, everyone is super friendly and helpful. But, if I don't go in to the dealership - nothing gets taken care of, or even addressed. On SEVEN separate occasions my phone call was not returned when being told "we'll get right back to you" I sent an email detailing my experiences, which was not returned.. but when I went in to the dealership "we got your email" oh ok it just wasn't important enough to acknowledge or reply until I randomly walk in? I was denied a loaner vehicle for 60 days ("none available") but I was told 3 separate times that "one is being returned this week and we will get it to you" Nothing happened until I walked into the dealership and made a big deal about it. And guess what...? Drove away with a loaner that day. I was offered an apology from the service manager when I picked up the loaner, but that's it. 3 weeks later my car is done. They forgot to program the proxy key to my driver's door but I don't even want to take it back until I can be without it for 2 weeks because that's probably how long I'll be without it.. Hopefully it's just a case of poor organization and prioritizing - which can be fixed

My cousin asked me if I could drive their Chevy Camaro over here to get the back tires replaced. The tires were a special order and he had been notified that they had just come in. So of course I was more than happy to help out (did I mention it's a Camaro SS, ha!). I arrived at 8:30. The employee who checked me in was friendly and professional. He took my information and the keys to my car. Within 10 minutes they had the car in one of their work bays starting on the tire replacements. The waiting area was clean, consisting of 8 chairs in a "U" arrangement facing an HDTV. The showroom displayed the various tires they carried which included Michelin, Yokohama, Firestone, Uniroyal, and BF Goodrich - a nice selection and great quality tires. 30 minutes later the car was done, paperwork complete, keys returned, and I was back on the road. The bald tires had been replaced and the new BF Goodrich 275/40R20's tires looked and rode great (not to mention the safety factor). If you're in the market for new tires, I would recommend you check this place out.
