While in Illinois working for my cousins assisting with the Fall harvest, we were down for the…read moremorning thanks to a cold front that had brought a nice shower and even nicer cooler temperatures. My cousin asked me if I could drive their Chevy Camaro over here to get the back tires replaced. The tires were a special order and he had been notified that they had just come in. So of course I was more than happy to help out (did I mention it's a Camaro SS, ha!). I arrived at 8:30. The employee who checked me in was friendly and professional. He took my information and the keys to my car. Within 10 minutes they had the car in one of their work bays starting on the tire replacements. The waiting area was clean, consisting of 8 chairs in a "U" arrangement facing an HDTV. The showroom displayed the various tires they carried which included Michelin, Yokohama, Firestone, Uniroyal, and BF Goodrich - a nice selection and great quality tires. 30 minutes later the car was done, paperwork complete, keys returned, and I was back on the road. The bald tires had been replaced and the new BF Goodrich 275/40R20's tires looked and rode great (not to mention the safety factor). If you're in the market for new tires, I would recommend you check this place out.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this mechanic shop. I trusted this…read morebusiness with my truck, expecting it to be properly cared for and secured while in their possession. Unfortunately, that trust was completely misplaced. While my truck was at their facility, it was left parked outside in an area with no security cameras. During that time, my tools were stolen out of my truck. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I have kept these same tools in my truck for over three years without a single issue. Not once in those three years did I have a problem with theft, until I trusted this shop with my vehicle. That alone makes this experience even more disappointing. To make matters worse, the shop refused to take any responsibility for what happened. Not only was my property stolen while my vehicle was in their care, but the business showed no willingness to accept accountability for the situation. As a customer, I understand that a business cannot prevent every crime. However, I do expect a professional repair facility to take reasonable precautions to protect customers' vehicles and belongings. I also expect management to show some level of concern when something like this happens. These were tools that I worked hard to purchase, and replacing them will come at a significant financial cost. Instead of receiving support or accountability, I was left dealing with the consequences myself. The lack of security is concerning, but the complete lack of accountability is even more disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing their vehicle here. Before trusting this business with your property, ask yourself whether you're comfortable leaving your vehicle somewhere that has no camera coverage and where management refuses to take responsibility when something happens. Three years of keeping my tools in my truck without a problem, and it only took one visit to this shop for that to change. I trusted this shop with my truck, and that trust was completely broken. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this business.

I have a Porshe 911 which had an airbag light that was constantly on. I took the vehicle to K & M…read morefor service and paid approx. $140 to get it fixed, or so I thought. The next day the airbag light was back on and ultimately, they told me to go to Isringhausen to get it fixed. No mention of a credit for the $140, even though I had been a good customer for some time. Isringhausen charged more to initially fix it, but that didn't last very long either. So, Isringhausen had me bring the car back and they did ultimately fix the problem and credited me for the initial service against the final bill. At that time Isringhausen informed me one of the radiator fans wasn't working. I arranged for K & M to fix this as they are closer to my home (I didn't have time for Isringhausen to fix it when I was there). Took it to K & M who said they needed an additional part that will be delivered to their location in a couple days. Given that the front part of the car was taken apart it was decided to leave the car there. Big mistake! I picked up the car and immediately noticed a couple things different. For starters the gas needle was on empty (the gas was at a quarter tank when I left it there), one of the gauges was changed to G Force and the vehicle had 45 more miles on it! Luckily, I made it to the closet gas station, where I called the service desk asking why there is no gas in my car and why did someone drive my car 45 miles. I asked to speak to the owner but was told he wasn't available. I asked for the owner's email but was told by the service advisor all emails go to him, then he forwards them on. I didn't believe that, so I tried to call the owner several times but was always told he wasn't available. I asked the service advisor why there were 45 more miles on my car and he informed me they have to drive the car to make sure the repair was successful. I began to wonder if I was speaking to the individual who took my Porsche on a joy ride. I left several messages for the owner but never heard back. I take no joy in writing this review, but people need to know this happened.
