My cousin asked me if I could drive their Chevy Camaro over here to get the back tires replaced. The tires were a special order and he had been notified that they had just come in. So of course I was more than happy to help out (did I mention it's a Camaro SS, ha!). I arrived at 8:30. The employee who checked me in was friendly and professional. He took my information and the keys to my car. Within 10 minutes they had the car in one of their work bays starting on the tire replacements. The waiting area was clean, consisting of 8 chairs in a "U" arrangement facing an HDTV. The showroom displayed the various tires they carried which included Michelin, Yokohama, Firestone, Uniroyal, and BF Goodrich - a nice selection and great quality tires. 30 minutes later the car was done, paperwork complete, keys returned, and I was back on the road. The bald tires had been replaced and the new BF Goodrich 275/40R20's tires looked and rode great (not to mention the safety factor). I cannot speak badly of the speed of this operation, the convenience aspect of this facility is unmatched by any other local service option. That said, you're paying a hefty price for that convenience and the balance finally tipped for me when a routine oil change/filter crept above $75. The staff is friendly, particularly the new manager. Based on the high staffing turnover at this location I've watched over the years, I wouldn't expect that to remain the case. One thing that could be improved is the computer tracking system. There were multiple times I received notices in the mail referencing my need for an oil change at XXX miles, when in fact my vehicle was three oil changes beyond that mileage number, and all the service was done by them. I also had issue with them showing me a nearly pure white air filter with two Japanese beetles in it and suggesting it was time to replace it. I'd ask when the last time it was replaced, and they had no idea. Again, this service was completed by them previously, and that information should have been at their fingertips. This has happened multiple times, it's not a one-off error. Other reviewers have suggested they don't try and up sell you on things, I don't think that is entirely true in my experience. They aren't rude, but the cash cow air filter / wiper blade sales is obviously something they're happy to make big margins on. I'm sure it's part of the employees mandate. Sell as much of these items as possible, because our profit margins are exceptional, and the physical swap out takes a matter of seconds. It's easy money. Go to one of the four or five auto parts stores within a mile of this location and get the same item for a fraction of the cost. A $20 wiper blade? No thanks. Long story short, their prices are not competitive with other local options and the convenience of the 10-minute oil change is no longer worth the extra $ to me. I'll wait 45 minutes down the road, and get a free tire rotation while I'm at it.

Shop people were great. The desk people need to listen to what the customers want. Not wht the desk person wants. The reason I wanted snow tries only is because that vehicle is only used in the snow.
