In fairness, as a follow up to my first review - I do absolutely care to share the 'good' too. As well, to maintain integrity and continue to only share honestly. I'm not sure if the treatment change resulted from me writing a public review, but, since then the 1st free oil change (after some back and forth) - was taken care of. The service department folks who took care of me and my car were wonderful. Specifically, Julie and Cole, the Service Advisor - who was extremely kind and genuinely seemed to care about my experience. Also after some back and forth, the windshield agreement has been satisfied. Again, thanks to Cole, whom I appreciated for stepping in to not only solve the issues, but treat me and my experience as something that mattered. The collision center took care of my windshield replacement, and did a great job. Riley assured it would be done same day and it was, promptly. My experience over there was also pleasant. Maybe all genuine, or just due to my first review, but in any case - I'm not looking to complain for the sake of it. The issues were ultimately all resolved, and for that I'm thankful.

I talked to Marv who owns the lot and told him I was interested but couldn't make it for a week (as I live 3.5 hours away and had work). I asked if I could leave a deposit, he said yes and I put $300 down on it for him to hold it. His exact words were " I will not show this car to anyone and I will not sell it to anyone". In the week leading up to me coming to purchase the car I had sold the car I was recently driving so I could have some cash and went to the bank to get a loan so I could have the rest of the cash. Friday comes around, I call just to let them know I will be there first thing Saturday morning, his wife answered the phone and said she that she would let him know. Friday afternoon I get a call from him informing me he had sold the car Thursday. Now you will probably think that he runs a dealership and that's business. Remember that this man made a promise to hold a car for me after taking my money to hold the vehicle. He is giving me my deposit back and said sorry. The real point is this man lied about saying what he would do and if he can't even give his word to hold a car for a week which in my opinion money is more valuable to him than giving his word. So if this man says he has a good reliable car, I wouldn't take his word because in the end game this man only cares about money not his reputation and can not be trusted.

What shocked me most is that after I provided honest, detailed feedback about my experiences, the dealership informed me I was no longer welcome to service my vehicle there. They even canceled an existing service appointment that included parts I had already been waiting weeks for. On the surface, the facility is impressive: the sales area is modern and comfortable, there are small private rooms where you can take a call, and a kids' play area if you're waiting. However, the religious overtones throughout the dealership -- including free Bibles placed in the waiting area -- felt inappropriate and out of place for a business setting. I fully respect anyone's right to practice their faith, but I do not appreciate having it pushed at me while I wait for car service. The service department itself has been consistently disappointing. My service advisor was dismissive of the concerns I raised about my $70,000 electric Jeep. It was clear the team lacked knowledge and interest in understanding EVs; feedback I provided was poorly relayed to technicians, and the responses I received were inaccurate, passive-aggressive, and condescending. My vehicle was even returned to me dirtier than I dropped it off because they insisted on running it through their car wash, leaving water spots everywhere. Appointments typically take weeks to secure, not because they're highly sought after, but because staffing is thin -- a situation the dealership seems unwilling to solve by paying a fair wage. To be fair, the parts department was a bright spot: the individual I spoke with was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. But overall, the dealership's lack of professionalism, unwillingness to support EV owners, refusal to provide loaner vehicles, and complete disregard for customer service left me with zero trust in them. My experience here has been so negative that it's soured me not only on this dealership, but on Jeep and Stellantis as a whole.

Spent numerous amount of time looking at the right car for us and finally found a brand new dodge hornet, specially without front bracket plate mounted to the bumper. We are relocating to other state where the front plate isn't required and this particular car looks nicer without the front plate. To install the front plate it requires to drill holes in the bumper. I mentioned that we want a brand new vehicle without a front plate bracket several times. We agreed at the price and setup an appointment with salesman Alec. He knew about our needs as I mentioned it to him several times. On the appointment day to make sure before our 2 hours trip I messaged him to check about our agreement and he responded back that someone drilled holes to the bumper and installed the front plate.. I was shocked. We spent so much time to talking about it and finally they did opposite. They don't listen to their customers and don't care about your needs. Don't spend your time with Sam Leman Morton. Go to other dealer.

Less than 48 hours after I got my car the battery exploded! I called and Tina told me they would cover tow and not charge diagnostics. It it turned out to not be something they had done, I would have to pay the tow. They didn't cover the tow. They have had my car for 10 days. They sent a message asking if we wanted them to replace the battery. I called and wanted to make sure everything came back fine and if they had figured out what caused the battery to explode, because I didn't want it to happen again. Marcus said they had tested everything and the only issue was the battery. We go to pick it up and Tina says they have tested NOTHING and after I replace the battery they would run diagnostics for $185.

MikeMiller was one of the few who answered my E mail. I was skeptical of their honisty and fairness. I primarily delt with Rep Mitch Maggio whom has proven to be a shining example of a auto Rep.
