I had a terrible experience at Roanoke Ford. I spoke with Jordan Lane last night and told him I was planning to come in this morning to purchase a vehicle. I went through the trouble of getting a check from my bank and made the 45-minute drive, only to find out the car had been sold as I arrived. On top of that, I then had to turn around and drive another 45 minutes back home--making the entire trip a complete waste of an hour and a half.
I even texted Jordan beforehand and asked him to let me know if they were going to sell the car so I didn't waste my time--but I received no response. When I got there, they also mentioned the side mirror on the car was broken and needed to be replaced--something that was never disclosed in the listing or mentioned ahead of time.
To make things worse, they tried to show me other cars with double the mileage or way outside of the price range I originally came in for. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and a complete waste of my time and effort. If I had the option to 0 rate stars I would. If you're looking for a dealership that respects your time and keeps their word, I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere. read more
