    Nines burger

Food is good for a driving range and atmosphere and view is amazing. But I don't care if inflation was 100% last year alone, no way this is a $20 burger

A view of Boston from outside the bar.

Absolutely the most amazing view of the Boston skyline and a stunning golf course. The views alone are worth visiting this place. A large bar and a huge seating area some of it under cover for hot or rainy days. A very large helpful friendly staff is there to provide great service. Decent beer selection with a full bar.

Amazing place to grab a drink and apps during sunset. The very we here is amazing, definitely go for sunset. We have been here a few times and they usually have good service. The food is decent but the menu is pretty small. I ordered the mushroom Brie pizza as my meal last time and it was really good. It's hard to find a place where you can get a good flatbread.

Talk about a hidden GEM!!! This place is at a golf course but you don't need to golf to enjoy an amazing bar like this!! The staff... Awesome!! The food is unreal!! Alwaysssss live music! You can drink outside and enjoy the amazing view!!! If you are a golfer and don't have time to play the course... Bring your wedge and putter play some chip and putt with friends!! My buddies and I had dinner here then had a little competition on the putting green!!! One the of the best Friday nights I've had in a long time .... I will 1000% be back all summer!!

Came to McGonagles on a Friday evening before we had to attend a wedding. We wanted to grab a bite…read moreto eat and a drink as we weren't sure what the spread was at the wedding. We were advised light snacks so figured we should probably get a base before heading that way. We walked in to the coolest Irish pub that opened up in the back. It was way bigger than I expected. We quickly ordered drinks and I ordered a Moscow mule (my go to). It was in a copper mug and absolutely delicious. My husband ordered a beer, which he enjoyed too. We ordered some oysters and corn ribs for an appetizer. I had never had corn ribs before and was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I split the fish and chips and I'm really glad we did. The fish was extremely large and almost filled the plate. It was crispy and delicious. It was definitely well made. The sauce on the side was even better, too. Highly recommend this place for a quick bite and a pint.

Super relaxed atmosphere and tv's, so it would be a great place to watch a game. Friendly bartender and the fish and chips was good. They also have pizzas that looked great. My friend had a pesto with burrata and she said it was awesome. They also have gluten-free pizza, whihc is good to know. Our table neighbor had the pork chop, which also looked great. They have a small parking lot, which would fill up quickly. We went on a very "off" time, so we were able to park in that lot. Otherwise, you'd need to find street parking.

Even more exciting, Jamie is due in December with our third grandchild, another little girl, so we had plenty to celebrate. We started with Bang Bang Cauliflower, Crispy Brussels Sprouts, and Shrimp Cocktail, and every appetizer was a great choice. The girls ordered an Aperol Spritz, an Espresso Martini, and a soda water with lime while I kept it simple with a Bud Light. For dinner, Jamie and I both ordered the steak tips with mashed potatoes and spinach. The steak tips were cooked perfectly, and the Parmesan mashed potatoes were especially good. Regen enjoyed the avocado salad with chicken, while Cheryl had filled up on appetizers and happily shared some bites from my plate. The food easily earns 5 stars. Everything we ordered was delicious. I'd give the atmosphere 4 stars. It was comfortable, lively, and a great place to spend a couple of hours catching up. The only thing keeping this from being a 5-star overall experience was the service. I'd give that 3 stars. Perhaps our waitress was new or simply having an off night, but she was very inattentive. Several times she walked past our table without checking in while we were waiting to order more drinks, place our appetizer order, and later our dinner order. I would even call out to her and she just walked by. The good news is that it didn't put a damper on the evening. We were having such a great time talking, laughing, and celebrating that the slow lack of service was easy enough to overlook. Overall, I'd give Brick & Beam 4 stars. Great food, a nice atmosphere, and despite the service hiccups, we had a wonderful night celebrating Jamie's birthday. To top it all off, we took a short walk down the street afterward and finished the evening with ice creams from Dairy Freeze. It was the perfect ending to a great family night!
