Eddie is amazing. He owns both Coral Gables and Brickell and his classes are the best…read more I'm writing this review for the Brickell location since I didn't see they had a profile but I'm sure this gym is the same level of excellence as Brickell. If you haven't tried it, stop wasting time and join! Everyday is a new workout and it gets super addictive. It's more than a gym, it's a community. The staff is always attentive and friendly and most importantly, helpful with fixing and showing the correct form. This is super important to have in a gym. Love coming and love F45!

Here's the thing; I'm so hesitant to review this location because it's so DAMN GOOD that I fear…read moreit'll become too popular and I'll have trouble getting in at the times I want... hehehe. Alright, all jokes aside, I love this place. I'll start off by saying that I've tried pretty much all fitness franchises and most boutique studios in Miami; from Barry's and Sweat440 to SoulCycle and SolidCore and nothing compared to this (I'm also NOT a fan of crossfit and I am a yogini). Besides the adventure and surprise of a different workout everyday, they have truly cultivated an AWESOME TEAM and ambiance here. I LOVE how thoughtful, encouraging and dedicated they are (they also keep a close eye on everyone to make sure you're 1)doing the movements properly in good form and 2)pushing yourself). My favs are Kim, Phil and Eddie - they're so fun, funny, super nice and super fit. They're encouraging, really push you but are NOT overbearing and annoying which a balance that's soooo hard to find in the fitness/boutique studio world. Overall 10/10, such a fun, kickass work out - it feels like adult recess. PS. They actually take covid precautions here which is the cherry on top!!! They really care about you and and your health.

Second class in and I was NOT ready -- in the best way I…read morespotted Pulse Fitness across the street from Club Pilates and figured I'd give them a try. This was only my second Pilates class ever, so I had no idea what I was walking into. Turns out I walked into the abs and glutes class of all abs and glutes classes. Lauren is tough -- but the kind of tough that keeps you going because she makes it fun and challenging at the same time. I wanted to quit and keep going all at once, which I think means she's doing something right. Beyond the workout itself, the studio was spotless, the energy in a full class was great, and the music kept the vibe going the whole time. Really impressive first experience here. I'll be back -- once my abs recover. Highly recommend if you're looking for a studio that actually pushes you.

I've attended this studio multiple times, so I'm not a new client, which is why this experience was…read moreespecially disappointing. I arrived about five minutes late to class and realized there was an issue with my ClassPass booking. I completely understood the situation and even offered to pay on the spot or after class since there was still space available. What was unacceptable was how it was handled. I was asked to leave in a very dismissive and public way, with the instructor opening the door and signaling for me to get out in front of the entire class. It felt degrading and completely unnecessary. This wasn't about policy-I respect policies. It was about the way a paying, returning client was treated. I also followed up via email and never received a response, which only adds to the disappointment. There is a way to enforce rules while still treating people with respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Disclaimer: I didn't even get to go because my appointment was cancelled without my consent…read more I'm going to post the pictures of my conversation via text. I saw an ad (see picture) talking about a free 6 week chsllenge and decided I could do a free 6 week challenge. By now I've lost 30 pounds and wanted to get back into a box. I am on Reddit and asked about anyone that had done one and received a barrage of responses that it wasn't actually free. So I text the person that text me about the appointment, introducing himself as Sergio, and asked him about the challenge being free. He ended up cancelling my appointment without asking if that's what I wanted. Had I been given a straight answer about something I felt *uncomfortable* with, I probably would have gone to see what was being offered.

I actually enjoy it and I have also seen results. I like that you can get in and out in an hour and experience the most complete workout you can imagine. The workouts are always different so I do not get bored and they have lots of equipment you can use post workout to cool down or even continue pushing through. I have been with Aim Higher for almost a year and I absolutely love coming here to workout. Not only are the coaches attentive, funny and knowledgeable, but I have also made lots of friends. I appreciate that it feels like a family and no one ever makes you feel bad about your progress or lack thereof. There are no mean spirited individuals and everyone is very motivational. They are located in a great location right off of Bird Rd (sw 40th street) and 38th avenue in one of the rental communities near Merrick Park. There is a garage connected to the building so lack of parking is never a problem, which seems to be an ongoing dilemma in the Gables area (and with other cross fits in the area too). Come by and check them out!

Huge thanks to Diandra L for introducing me to this fabulous gym!…read more In town for a family wedding, I kicked off my Saturday morning with a P.I.T. Conditioning class with Sara. My cousin was my partner in class and there was no lack of motivation as we made our way through 20 stations and got a full body workout including strength and cardio. Sara and Nico were both super welcoming and this gym has an awesome community feel to it where everyone feels welcome. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely be a regular here. Instead, I'll keep it in mind for future visits!

I have done this workout at their Wynwood studio and also the Little River location so I knew I was in for a challenging but fun workout. The workout format is PIT (Partner interval training) so you rotate around the room with a partner for 20 stations for 2 minutes each. Depending on the exercise you and your partner alternate for reps or time or work together. If you're someone who has anxiety about trying a new gym and having to pair up with someone you don't know - do not worry about this here! The trainer and also everyone in the class are welcoming and friendly so it's a-ok if you are walking in alone. I love the idea of pairing up with someone who's super into the class because it pushes me to lift heavier, try harder and make them proud. I have gone to Nico's 7:10 am class for the last two weeks and then another Saturday class with Andre. They break up the classes into strength, conditioning and performance days to focus on different styles of training, but I have grown to love the set up of this workout. The studio does have some parking spots in front, but there is also plenty of metered parking nearby as well as a garage. Pro-tip - if you go to a class before 9 am, the meters are free. You'll also want to be sure to bring a towel to this workout as the studio does require it. It's def needed because you work up a sweat and don't want to leave your equipment sweaty for your partner or other class participants. The energy and music during the classes with fuel you to an epic calorie burn, that is gaurenteed!
