Recently a group of friends of mine from a different gym and I went to check it out (finally!) and take a class. We took the 10am class on Saturday and it didn't disappoint! Adrian was very welcoming and nice. He explained how the workout worked, answered all our questions and even offered to take pictures of our group all together! The workout consisted of HIIT cardio and strength training. A lot of ball slamming that particular weekend. The class was challenging and Adrian was very motivating. The running portion killed me because I'm not used to running unless someone is chasing me, lol. The only thing I think this place really needs is towels. I didn't bring one and by the end I was soaked in sweat with nothing to dry off with. Next time I'll remember to bring my own! Overall it was a great sweat session and I'm glad we made the trip down. I'll come back any time to take another class.

The gym is open, spacious, well equipped, cool A/C, the floor and equipment is very clean. The trainers demonstrate each of the 9 exercises for that day. There are 3 sets of 3 exercises for 3 stations. The exercises are very easy for a newbie to grasp but are very challenging. The group was also very friendly for my first day. The trainers walk around each station to check on you for the entire 50 minutes. The music is loud and upbeat. They will not let you quit, highly motivating. The sessions begin with a run around the corporate parking lot then up and down the stairs from the 2nd floor. There is a fixed schedule of legs, upper body, total body, legs, upper body then total body from Monday - Saturday. Danny also does personal one on one personal training sessions. There is ample parking in the open lot in front and on the side. When I arrived the 2nd day, the trainer knew my name and greets you personally. The women attending my class were very friendly.

When I met with one of the trainers (Moe and Sam) they explained well how the gym works, how there's an after hours access for gym members and the group setting cross fit work out challenges. At first this all seemed intimidating but they never did tell me I can't do it or it maybe to hard for me. I started this gym in March 2019, when I started I weighted 178lbs today I'm down to 160 lbs. When started I couldn't complete my workouts due to my lack of exercise. They kept pushing and encouraging me that I can do the work outs and maybe not complete it that day but definitely know there's a tomorrow. A tomorrow with a new set of workouts and challenges to build my endurance and my strength. Today I can say I'm conscience of what I eat, how active I'm and have a new set of friends thanks to the gym community and the trainers Sam, Moe and Ana. For the encouragement they've provided. Once I made it back to Florida I needed to find a gym. I decided to give these guys a try. This guys made me feel part of the family immediately. If you want to fix or better your life mentally and physically, you have to give this gym a try. All you need is to show up. They host members from ALL skill levels. Your workout will be adjusted to your abilities allowing you to workout at the same rate of your current class. Everybody supports each other. Coaches are there to help and make sure that you have fun during your workout. Show up and leave excuses outside. If you bring a few (excuses), they will provide an answer to all of them. -Felling tired, no problem. -Afraid, no problem. -Baby or Kids, no problem. -Pets, no problem. -wife/husband, perfect opportunity to do something together. Plenty of classes per day. Space for kids to watch you work out. Friendly staff and members. Lack of energy? Don't worry, our good vibes will get you going. Like I said, you have to show up. I'm new to the CrossFit world, but I'm no stranger to working out. I've done Muay Thai, Krav Maga,…read moretons of bag work, basic gym membership stuff with machines and a variety of classes (cycle, Pilates, yoga, etc). THIS work out has by far made me the most excited to go to,... I mean... I can drop my bar here?? With weights... On the floor?? And I won't get in trouble? Lol. I know, that's silly, but after two months of being careful not to drop my bar, I'm now learning it's ok for the sake of the completion of a movement. Sweet!! Makes me feel a little bad ass when I hear the heavy weights fall too. Haha. But back to the workout and gym... I can definitely say I have the CrossFit bug! I was slightly unsure of it for years and never understood the "kipping" thing, but I get it now. I feel stronger and stronger every week, shoot... Sometimes the next day. But I know it's not only because of my own motivation. The instructors are solid. They take their time to make sure everyone focuses on their form and doesn't get hurt; from the rookies like myself to the people who have done CrossFit for years. We are all still learning on some level and that's a great feeling. They know when you can kick it up a notch and fully understand if you need to modify to prevent injury. The overall cleanliness of the gym is... Well... It's a gym... There's gonna be some sweat here and there. People are good about putting away their stuff after using them and the only thing you may notice here and there is the little pieces that shed off of the rope when they're being used. Their website is always up to date providing your results for reference and giving you the next day's workout at midnight. Their email communication is great too! They aren't spammy but still keep us all informed. And finally... Even when the classes are big, there's always enough space and enough equipment for everyone. I've only been going for a few months but I've learned more in those few months than I have in all of my years of casually going to the gym on my own. The workouts are 50 minutes to 1 hour workouts in a circuit training, High Intensity Interval…read moreTraining (HIIT) and sometimes Jonathan cranks up the intensity to Super High Intensity Interval Training (SHIIT) format. The programming is varied. Monday: Upper Body, Tuesday; Total Body, Wednesday; lower body, Thursday; Total body, Friday; Cardio and abs, Saturday; Total body and Sunday; Lower body. The exercises are varied, so if you hated one workout, the next one will be different. The instructors demonstrate the exercises after the warmup. The exercises are rotated so the other regulars know the exercises and you can follow along. If you are new the instructors will take the time to work you through it one on one. If you are new to exercising at this intensity you can dial it off by using lower weights, taking longer breaks, or in my case I tapped out after two rounds versus three. There is no pressure except yourself to perform. The gym is open air. I have only worked out here in the winter, but find my self gravitating to the doors for fresh air. There is ample supply of equipment for all strength levels. I have noticed some couples coming in and one partner doing their own workout on the weights. I have had a stroke and have balance and cognitive deficits. I know the modifications to the exercises that I need and there is equipment available for adaption. The instructors are patient with me in asking questions of something I'm sure they already said. They have a ten percent discount for military, veterans, and law enforcement. I live nearby and walk in the field next to Empire. They have underutilized lighted soccer fields that are perfect for a team practice at night. The teams are out there at night with music blasting and balls blazing. They have recently started a boxing program on Tuesdays and Thursdays that seems intriguing. They have different heavy bags available. I avoided this gym the last year due to Covid. Both me and my wife were fully vaccinated in March, so I was willing to give it a go. NO ONE wears a mask! They do a good job of sanitizing before, during, and after workouts, with all people participating in keeping it clean. They have the workout spaces divided into six foot blocks and have modified the workouts to maintain social distancing. The bottom line is that I would not recommend an unvaccinated person or one who has not had COVID work out here, especially when Jonathan breaks out one of his SHIIT workouts that will get everyone breathing super hard. The music is a negative for me. It is super loud (as in a club) and is either Regaton or Urban music. A diversity of Dance, House, Disco, Electronica, Salsa, Merengue, and Rock would be appreciated to match the diversity of clients. Maybe rotate a different style each day and ensure that styles vary between weeks. I will do a review again post-covid and if DJ issue is resolved, they should be at five stars.

The gym is pretty kept up and clean. So glad to be going to such a motivating gym. The people there are so nice and respectful. I pay $30 a month with no other fees. So it's pretty great, if you ask me. :-) Tina is great! They even have a protein store next door/connected. I've grown so much with this gym. Love seeing familiar faces every once in a while. I come to this PRIVATE gym NOT a regular commercial gym and pay extra for privacy just so I can do my workout without being bothered. Highly qualified trainers that will help you learn the movements and help prevent injury. They know how to properly motivate you without killing your spirit... 2. Great location right off the 826 Expressway that's easy to get too... 3. Spacious environment with over 50 barbells to choose from and everything you come to expect in a Quality CrossFit box. 4. They have a bathroom and just a plain changing room to make it easy to prepare for your workout before and after. 5. A rockin sound System!! 6. A number of their athletes love competing in the local competitions so you'll always have a partner for those. CONS 1. It can be sometimes difficult to find parking outside at the 5 PM session of the day. 2. I am writing this review from a perspective of someone who's never experienced a CrossFit before…read more I'm used to a simple gym environment, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Having said that, I only had the pleasure of doing it for a month (Groupon slut here), but it was great! It's not intimidating, as I thought it would be, it's totally worth it - just do it! The classes are hard, but fun and really do kick your ass. You will see results, I promise. The trainers are knowledgeable and attentive, and very importantly - take their time to explain/show how the exercises supposed to be done safely and efficiently. They will do it before each class, not just once or just during your introductory class, so if you don't get things right away, it's ok - it takes time. The thing that I loved the most about CrossFit Boundless, is that it felt like a big (slightly dysfunctional) family. Everybody - including the regulars - were friendly and helpful, and liked to poke fun at each other...Not to mention, the coaches will most likely give you a terrible nickname, but..all this stuff is what makes you want to come back and stay with Crossfit Boundless.
