Eddie is amazing. He owns both Coral Gables and Brickell and his classes are the best. I'm writing this review for the Brickell location since I didn't see they had a profile but I'm sure this gym is the same level of excellence as Brickell. If you haven't tried it, stop wasting time and join! Everyday is a new workout and it gets super addictive. It's more than a gym, it's a community. The staff is always attentive and friendly and most importantly, helpful with fixing and showing the correct form. This is super important to have in a gym. Love coming and love F45! read more

Here's the thing; I'm so hesitant to review this location because it's so DAMN GOOD that I fear it'll become too popular and I'll have trouble getting in at the times I want... hehehe. Alright, all jokes aside, I love this place. I'll start off by saying that I've tried pretty much all fitness franchises and most boutique studios in Miami; from Barry's and Sweat440 to SoulCycle and SolidCore and nothing compared to this (I'm also NOT a fan of crossfit and I am a yogini). Besides the adventure and surprise of a different workout everyday, they have truly cultivated an AWESOME TEAM and ambiance here. I LOVE how thoughtful, encouraging and dedicated they are (they also keep a close eye on everyone to make sure you're 1)doing the movements properly in good form and 2)pushing yourself). My favs are Kim, Phil and Eddie - they're so fun, funny, super nice and super fit. They're encouraging, really push you but are NOT overbearing and annoying which a balance that's soooo hard to find in the fitness/boutique studio world. Overall 10/10, such a fun, kickass work out - it feels like adult recess. PS. They actually take covid precautions here which is the cherry on top!!! AMAZING !!!! Love the gym and it's location. Start off by saying this gym is on the top floor right off US-1. If your driving down US-1 no matter which direction you can't miss the BIG F45 logo on the side the building. This location has street parking, a garage and private parking lot. It's in the same hallway as the restaurant below. Take the elevator up to the second floor, as soon as you exit the door is right there. This facility is brand New so you can't miss it. So this Gym has a great view, not to mention the workouts are killer. I've tried at another F45 location and I definitely enjoyed my self and felt satisfied with my workout here. The experience was great. So much space to really get a good thorough workout without feeling like you are on top of someone. The trainer was super helpful and very motivating. He introduces you to the whole class at the beginning to really break the ice and everyone is so welcoming. After he goes on to break down the workout and he will place you at a station. From there you rotate to another and another and before you know it the workout is over. Normally 2-3 people per station and workout time varies by day and so does break time. So you will NEVER REPEAT A WORKOUT after each class. Expect something new and exciting each time you come in. Which I LOVE!!! *Bonus* 1. Showers available 2. I'm in my second year at F45 Coral Gables and completing my second challenge with them. I have never felt more motivated in my life. The owner, Eddie, has truly built a community that fosters support and encouragement for all. I couldn't recommend this gym more especially if you are looking for a place that provides challenging workouts and a community of like-minded people. There is no gym that compares to F45. I have tried them all and this is the BEST. These workouts are strategic and well thought out. Strength days focuses on upper/lower body. Cardio day is cardio day. I have been to gyms where they mix strength and cardio all in one class. How can you really 100% focus on your upper/lower body if you are fatigued from cardio? F45 knows how to get you in the best shape of your life by doing workouts the RIGHT way. They push and motivate you. It might not be easy, but every class you complete is so rewarding. Within weeks you may not see the difference in your body, but you will absolutely feel it. And trust me, you will SEE the difference when you commit. Commit? It isn't hard at all. I personally look forward to classes. I get excited to go! It is a combination of everything. The work outs, the beautiful gym, the coaches, the people you work out with. F45 is a place that slowly evolves into what feels like family. Every so many months there is a challenge. It doesn't cost much to do and it is so worth it. If you need that extra push to stay accountable to your goals, the challenge is exactly what you need. People have recommended this gym to me for months now. I saw this location had a 2 WEEK trial for $2.00. Well it's honestly false advertisement. I called with questions regarding the gym because I like to know what I am signing up for. He then proceeds to tell me this isn't a gym where I can go and do 2 weeks because I am waisting peoples time and resources. He kept saying that this gym is for people who are dedicated to working out. The person who answers the phone I believe his name is Eddie was EXTREMELY rude. I've spoke with him before and was rude the 1st time and once again now, horrible customer service and telling me I can only do 2 days because every gym in miami offers a one day trial. If you are offering a 2 week trial for the gym and it's being advertised then I don't understand why I am not allowed to do that before I have to commit to a location. Also as I try to ask questions he's telling me to hurry up with my questions. If this place wants people to join at this location then he shouldn't be answering the phone because he just lost a customer that would've signed up for that location. F45 Coral Gables is the best workout in Coral Gables by far! I've been a member before, during, and after the quarantine shut downs and each stage they have offered high intensity workouts and an amazing community. The trainers, Eddie, Kim, Phil, and Erin know their stuff and take time to teach correct form. No matter who teaches a class it will be a great workout and I always leave feeling better than I did coming in. They also run challenges and community events throughout the year that really help to push towards a goal and build a community. I am here every day and love everything about it! read more

This is the best gym / workout studio that I've ever been to. The whole team is welcoming, encouraging, engaging, energetic, and pushes us when its needed. The workouts themselves are creative, exciting, and never repetitive. Overall, the atmosphere is wonderful and fun. Every time I leave the F45 Coral Gables gym, I've had a great workout, but I've also had a great time (and am pretty exhausted as well). Loved this studio at first work out is great.. the owner Eddie seems nice/great, you are motivated to sign up. Once you do the first 2 weeks are great, you are paid attention to form is corrected, etc. but past those two weeks the owner is only focused on potential new clients. I signed up but after one month I got a new job, in a different city. Apparently the contract requires you cancel one entire month in advance (I was never told this). There was no accommodation made on behalf of Eddie, and since then he has been nothing but rude. Do not sign up for this studio, if you fall for the $2 for 2 weeks promotion, be aware that it might be difficult to cancel... read more

If you want to be screamed at by aggressive, scam artist trainers for 45 minutes knock yourself out... Never experienced worse customer service. It's one thing to have a "team" and loyal customers it's another thing to deny new ones and create a cult environment. Check yourselves and the way you speak to people if you're going to keep talking about "changing lives". It's no wonder they're offering such a low deal to residents... Couldn't be happier! Coming from someone who was attending a basic gym for the past 7 years where I was frustrated in trying to come up with a workout plan and finding good music, having to spend 2 hours at a gym when the majority of the time was waiting for a machine to be available. F45 has completely changed that. This is the most efficient gym I could have ever imagined. They have everything ready for you to come in and get an amazing productive workout. I wanted to join some kind of group training class this year because it's 2020 and la fitness just ain't doing it. My friend referred me on the 7 days $7 special and I have never sweat so gooD in 45 mins. I decided to bite the bullet and just commit to 30 days since there is no contract. I'm on week 3 or 4 AND I HAVE GONE FROM A SIZE 33-34 PANT WAIST TO A SIZE 31!!!!!!!!! Forget LA Fitness, forget orange theory, forget class pass, and screw Barry's bootcamp. F45 with eddy and his team Is where it's at! You never knoW what you are going to do but you are always guaranteed to burn A LOT of calories. I do the morning classes usually and my energy throughout the day has gotten better. I really wanted to do crosssfit but the idea of getting an injury scared me and I am so glad that I joined this gym--size 33 waist to size 31 in 3 weeks?? Caballero, come on!!!
