This is the new baby brother to the other Legacy Fit locations including its big brother located in midtown! I love this gym/bootcamp. They specialize in P.I.I.T (partner interval training) where you move from station to station with your partner and push/motivate eachother as much as you can, making the workout more effective and more fun knowing youre not alone. At Legacy Fit you get a complete body workout in a 1 hour session. Theres something about technique that gets your body toned yet curvy in all the right places (ladies). Its always a challenge and you never get tired of the same routine. Legacy is for everyone. Anyone can give it a try. What an impecable place and wonderful concept. You can come in here and do exercise as they will help you along the way. You pay a membership and you don't need to pay an extra fee for the trainers. They always have two trainers on site to help you each time you go. The music is wonderful and the restrooms were neat and with individual showers with curtains. The class was amazing overall, but box jumps are very difficult to do when you're tired and it's combined with angled push ups and when you're 56 years young like me-it's been a long time. Note: The trainer, Nicole, did provide a modified version of the box jump, a step up, but since I hadn't done box jumps in over a year I had to challenge myself. I was able to push out two regular box jumps and the remainder were modified. I'm getting tired right now thinking about it. Whew! Legacy Fit never disappoints. Highly recommend Legacy Fit in Doral. Xuan is an amazing trainer who pushes you to the limit and who makes sure you stay on track. She will sneak up on you without you even noticing just to make sure you're doing the right routine. I have signed up to various gyms and personal trainers but I have to say this is one of the best gyms. It's not only a gym but a family who brings everyone together. If you go missing for a couple of days, Xuan will make sure you come back to the gym. I'm so in love with not only the concept but the people. Immediately when you walk in you're greeted. Nobody cares about the level you're at, only that you give it your all. Denise was beyond helpful and thorough in answering my questions. Her being funny really helps too lol. This class challenged me more than I ever have been. Our trainer was helpful in making sure we did things properly and pushing us when he saw that we may give up. I will say to make sure you take the right friend. Thank God for my friend that I took bc she motivated the hell out of me. I feel bad for the friend she took (me) bc it wasn't the same lol. I'll do better next time. I've been a member at many different gyms in the last decade or so, including CrossFit, circuit training, general weight lifting, etc., and I can honestly say Legacy Fit Doral blows all of them out of the water. I've been a member for almost a year and I'm more than willing to travel 20 minutes during rush hour to make it to class. Denise, Xuan, Juan and Mario are fantastic to be around and the sense of community here is second to none. If you're looking for a gym to push your limits, elevate your soul, and increase your gains then look no further. I've trained in a lot of gyms with different workout styles and I have to say the HIIT workout style here was incredible. The workout was fun, fast paced, and demanding. The trainers there were supportive and paid attention to see if you were actually pushing yourself while encouraging for more if you could. Xuan was the only trainer I got to see in action and she was phenomenal! I can't praise her enough as a trainer but the staff overall was really supportive of new members. The equipment was top notch and very well maintained. Compared to all the other gyms/classes I've been to Legacy Fit was by far one of my favorite gyms for a grueling workout. The community at this gym was super friendly and really enthusiastic about being there. During times of COVID they were very hygienic ensuring everything was clean while everyone was wearing a mask, checking for temperatures, and wiping down the equipment. read more

Great place for a Workout! Staff is very friendly and all the trainers are very professional, brand new equipment and well equip facility. The facility is gorgeous, and you always have a great time working out. They specialized in P.I.T which stands for Partner Interval Training. You are always held accountable and no workout is ever the same. I am currently focusing on building my strength, and couldn't have picked a better day place for it!! I've tried Legacy a few times and it's a breath of fresh air. Especially when there's so many options out there. They have three locations: Doral, Coral Gables, and Wynwood. First class is free so I would recommend trying it since there's no strings attached if you decide it's not for you. Everyday is a new workout so you get to just show up with no pre-planning required. You work alongside a partner so if you come with a friend that can be your partner or if you don't they will pair you up with someone. The trainers are extremely friendly often pushing you and praising you throughout the workout. The exercise is about 50 minutes (even the stretch is hard lol) and you do weights, bands, machines, running, sledding, biking, etc. You move around to different stations so it's basically a full body interval workout. Bring water they have a fountain, but it's time consuming to continously run to it. Tip: I do recommend reading your contract if you sign up someone mentioned you have to give them 30 days notice when you cancel and you don't get to finish the month that you cancel (hope that last part isn't true). read more

The best decision i have made in a long time! Year after year my NYE resolution was that i need to start to exercise and loose weight. A co-worker of mines invited me to my first class and i was hooked! Originally started going twice a week. I find myself going more than 3 times a week now. It's amazing how my body has transformed in the last couple of months and shedding over 50 lbs. it wasn't easy but they sure made it fun. I feel great! The staff, trainers and owners are amazing! They have really created a lifestyle "NO DAYS OFF". I would recommend this over any gym, crossfit or bootcamp in Miami but Legacy Fit is neither its considered P.I.T ( partner interval training). Furthermore they are always organizing special events for the members and social gatherings. I do consider them my FIT FAM! read more
