It did not solve the problem the phone wouldn't charge. They told me my charging port was plugged. The salesperson brought out a paper clip and a lens wipe and put it in the charging port and just said oh it can't be fixed. She pushed me into buying a new IPhone 17, case, and liquid crystal display which cost me $57.50+ 174.98 plus $840 financing of the IPhone 17 . And which included a $35 transfer fee to put my data from my old phone to the new phone she pushed me to buy. The transfer took probably at least 3 hours and left all my email files and folders off of the new phone plus some very important contact information such as peoples addresses among other things. I was not happy and a friend convinced me to go to CPR Cell Phone Repair and the employee there was able to clean the charging port on my phone for $30. I went back to this Verizon wireless place. They did not want to return the new phone or all the accessories that their salesperson pushed on me. Finally they knew I was not leaving without my old phone that was fixed for $30 to be reactivated and reimbursement for the accessories. They condescending offered to reimburse me for the new case I purchased but not the liquid screen saver, even though the next person was going to have to pay for it and the Verizon Wireless store would have charged that person $79.99 charging twice for the same product. And on top of it all I vehemently told her that I had insurance on it and she told me I didn't. My insurance on the phone was from Apple but she didn't bother to check just dismissed me. I don't know about you but I am living on Social Security and this money means a lot to me just to fix what wasn't broke to get it fixed. To get my phone fixed for emails etc I had to go to an outside company which cost me an additional $200 to repair what Verizon damaged ! I would rate Verizon at a -50

I was waited on by a kind, pleasant lady who showed me the new hotspot that I needed for the plan, total was $75, own not rent one-time charge, and I already had a $50 prepaid card to use with it. If you've never experienced connectivity by hotspot, it's a great way to go if 50GB is enough for you. Take the hotspot anywhere you go, and if you have cellphone connectivity, the hotspot will work. Boost is now a company owned by Sprint, good coverage and no need to have a Boost cellphone. If you don't need internet for a week or two, you can hold off on re-boosting for a new 30 day period. Highly recommended store and I highly recommend a Boost hotspot lifestyle...

She had the nerve to call my phone and leave a voicemail after I went to the store to get help with my phone accusing my daughter of stealing whatever those things are and for her just to go get my information and to just call me Out of nowhere and say that is ridiculous ! When I confronted her about it ,she refused to help me at all ,she wouldn't give me any kind of a district manager number and she refused to return my phones even though it's during a seven day guarantee, one phone had a power button problem and she kept telling me there is no refunds or warranty when it is plainly written in the store. The customer service hotline is a complete joke I called them at least 17 times for help and made sure that they wrote down all my information every single time, just to put me on hold, when I asked to speak to a manager they said would Iget one and I was on hold again for a half an hour to 40 minutes and they never answered the phone. And not one person will help me find any district manager to talk to and it was complete waste of time and money. By far the worst company I have ever had.

We needed two TVs and so we did research (Best Buy, Costco, Amazon) and decided to go to Video Only…read moreto check them out since we had never been there, but heard the ads everywhere. The reason we went to the VO store is because TVs have changed so much (and are constantly changing) and we wanted to chat with someone knowledgable about TVs. Granted each seller has their own preferred TV brands that they sell, but it was great to chat with someone about the brands, types, sizes and comparisons. At the Salem Lancaster Video Only store that person is Doug. He was SUPER knowledgable about the TVs and the different types and amenitites on each. He scrolled through the competition prices on line with me and explained in detail how Video Only sell their TVs, pricing and warranties, etc. He was extremely detailed so that everything was clear. Once we decided to go with the TVs at Video Only (two different brands), he gave me extremely valuable tips for setting up our TVs at home and was just an amazingly personable, professional employee. I even called him ON LABOR DAY when I was having trouble setting up one TV and he was there and told me what to do. It worked flawlessly. Doug at Video Only has made me a believer. Ask for him if you go to the store and you won't be disappointed!

The battery barely made it one year and is completely dead and will not take a charge. I contacted them about this and they told me I was gonna have to go directly through Noco and they wouldn't do anything about it. So now I'm stuck for however long it takes for no code to get back with me and send it in then they're gonna have to diagnose it and then send me a new one back so I'm gonna be going weeks without a battery in my quad that needs to be running on a daily around the farm. If it's gonna be like this, why even bother using the storefront and not just go directly through the manufacturer to buy it or whatever. Hell Amazon has better customer service than this. Make sure you ask questions like who's gonna warranty your battery if you have issues before you buy it through them because if they're not gonna warranty it or take care of you then avoid them.
