I wish that I could give zero stars.My account is currently with collections. I went in because my phone broke I wanted to replace it using my insurance The guy who helped me told me that he could get me a better deal that would be a lot cheaper than what I have now. He told me that I could transfer my personal account to a business account. My understanding was that the personal account would be closed out and the new account would start. I started getting bills saying I was overdue and past due. I tried calling the store several times throughout the next few months, I went in a few times, was unable to reach the salesman who helped me. I finally was able to talk to him and I told him what was going on and he said he would fix it. I tried calling the main Verizon office. They told me I'd have to talk to the salesman who helped me. Long story short I am now in collections for the other account for almost $2,000. read more

Recently, my husband and I purchased new iPhones. Can't say enough about these technological geniuses! We want to especially give a shout out to a young lady by the name of Kelly Shea. That young girl was a wealth of information to us older folks. Learning about new phones is difficult for us. However We are making steady progress. I should say SLOW,but steady progress. The store is fairly large and has plenty of products to choose from. I don't recall the gentleman's name, but he helped my fiance and I get me a phone. He was genuinely helpful, helped us get a deal that fit within our budget. My fiance went in a few weeks before, and got a new cell phone and plan. Then, we went in on Friday afternoon and got in and out of there within 30 minutes, getting a new phone with great resolution (I'm a picture taker), and plenty of memory. 12-21-20 update: had problems with my new phone, twice!, and Verizon and Tyler were very helpful in getting me back into a working phone! Got my phones within 1- 2 days, took them to Verizon and they helped set them up. Tyler has been very great to answer any and all questions that I've had, and he has helped with anything I've needed. Went in again with some phone issues. The guys were great. Derek and Jason? Jarad? Jimmy? Some J name, maybe is a G?... Anyways, they were very helpful unlike my previous couple of visits (not involving them). Although my experience here has been up and down since my normal guy left, I feel like I could definitely work with these gentlemen again. Horrible customer service . I ordered a phone online . A few days no phone . Waiting for customer service. They've j no ever seen this before . Ok . I go Lancaster Verizon. Buy a phone . I love the phone . 4 or 5 days in Phone hoes blank . I call the next morning, they send me to a digital thing . No help . I go online . Explain the problem. I pulled up and literally every person that worked there except one was outside smoking. The one and only associate that was inside to help me seemed pretty new and the others were pretty rude to him when he asked questions which made me super uncomfortable. He was super nice and helped me get in and out. Maybe teach the other employees how to be professional. read more

Josh and Andrew were totally awesome! We came in an hour before they closed and wanted to get new service at the time we were AT&T customers. Josh was our main sales guy from start to finish. He had a great attitude even though we kept him there an hour and half late. My husband and I felt really bad! Andrew was very helpful also. He answered questions and assisted Josh with our order to help speed the process along. By the end of the experience we were joking around with each other. It was just an overall great customer service experience. We could definitely use a few more Josh's and Andrew's out there. My experience at the end of January with Kayla was wonderful. Thus my previous review and my return in early May when I needed a new phone. I knew the phone I wanted before I came in and was not interested in any other phone. When I walked in and asked for Kayla I was informed she had moved on to a different job I was fine with this. However from the moment I said I was in need of a new phone the sales person kept pushing and pushing for the sale. They were currently out of the phone I wanted (which I understood with it being a popular phone) but the sales person kept pushing for me to get a phone that night. He offered me six different phone types which I said no each time and that I was only interested in the phone I had come in for. Then he wanted me to get set up with a new phone that night and come in the next day to switch it out for the one I wanted... are you serious?! The third time I had to decline the switching phone offer was when I politely excused myself and went some place else. This place seems to have replaced my courteous Kayla with a blood thirsty shark.
