They were rude. They were not willing to return my money owed. I brought my phone in and told them it wasn't charging. At the store they sold me a new charging cord and plug in for $54.98. It did not solve the problem the phone wouldn't charge. They told me my charging port was plugged. The salesperson brought out a paper clip and a lens wipe and put it in the charging port and just said oh it can't be fixed. She pushed me into buying a new IPhone 17, case, and liquid crystal display which cost me $57.50+ 174.98 plus $840 financing of the IPhone 17 . And which included a $35 transfer fee to put my data from my old phone to the new phone she pushed me to buy. The transfer took probably at least 3 hours and left all my email files and folders off of the new phone plus some very important contact information such as peoples addresses among other things. I was not happy and a friend convinced me to go to CPR Cell Phone Repair and the employee there was able to clean the charging port on my phone for $30. I went back to this Verizon wireless place. They did not want to return the new phone or all the accessories that their salesperson pushed on me. Finally they knew I was not leaving without my old phone that was fixed for $30 to be reactivated and reimbursement for the accessories. They condescending offered to reimburse me for the new case I purchased but not the liquid screen saver, even though the next person was going to have to pay for it and the Verizon Wireless store would have charged that person $79.99 charging twice for the same product. And on top of it all I vehemently told her that I had insurance on it and she told me I didn't. My insurance on the phone was from Apple but she didn't bother to check just dismissed me. I don't know about you but I am living on Social Security and this money means a lot to me just to fix what wasn't broke to get it fixed. To get my phone fixed for emails etc I had to go to an outside company which cost me an additional $200 to repair what Verizon damaged ! I would rate Verizon at a -50 read more

I wish that I could give zero stars.My account is currently with collections. I went in because my phone broke I wanted to replace it using my insurance The guy who helped me told me that he could get me a better deal that would be a lot cheaper than what I have now. He told me that I could transfer my personal account to a business account. My understanding was that the personal account would be closed out and the new account would start. I started getting bills saying I was overdue and past due. I tried calling the store several times throughout the next few months, I went in a few times, was unable to reach the salesman who helped me. I finally was able to talk to him and I told him what was going on and he said he would fix it. I tried calling the main Verizon office. They told me I'd have to talk to the salesman who helped me. Long story short I am now in collections for the other account for almost $2,000. read more

Recently, my husband and I purchased new iPhones. Can't say enough about these technological geniuses! We want to especially give a shout out to a young lady by the name of Kelly Shea. That young girl was a wealth of information to us older folks. Learning about new phones is difficult for us. However We are making steady progress. I should say SLOW,but steady progress. Being a retired teacher, I am accustomed to grading students using the traditional letters ( A, B, C, D, - slow and steady progress.) With that said, I give Kelly an A+++. The store is fairly large and has plenty of products to choose from. I don't recall the gentleman's name, but he helped my fiance and I get me a phone. He was genuinely helpful, helped us get a deal that fit within our budget. My fiance went in a few weeks before, and got a new cell phone and plan. Then, we went in on Friday afternoon and got in and out of there within 30 minutes, getting a new phone with great resolution (I'm a picture taker), and plenty of memory. 12-21-20 update: had problems with my new phone, twice!, and Verizon and Tyler were very helpful in getting me back into a working phone! Got my phones within 1- 2 days, took them to Verizon and they helped set them up. Tyler has been very great to answer any and all questions that I've had, and he has helped with anything I've needed. Went in again with some phone issues. The guys were great. Derek and Jason? Jarad? Jimmy? Some J name, maybe is a G?... Anyways, they were very helpful unlike my previous couple of visits (not involving them). Although my experience here has been up and down since my normal guy left, I feel like I could definitely work with these gentlemen again. The one and only associate that was inside to help me seemed pretty new and the others were pretty rude to him when he asked questions which made me super uncomfortable. Josh and Andrew were totally awesome! We came in an hour before they closed and wanted to get new service at the time we were AT&T customers. Josh was our main sales guy from start to finish. He had a great attitude even though we kept him there an hour and half late. My husband and I felt really bad! Andrew was very helpful also. He answered questions and assisted Josh with our order to help speed the process along. By the end of the experience we were joking around with each other. It was just an overall great customer service experience. We could definitely use a few more Josh's and Andrew's out there. My experience at the end of January with Kayla was wonderful. Thus my previous review and my return in early May when I needed a new phone. I knew the phone I wanted before I came in and was not interested in any other phone. When I walked in and asked for Kayla I was informed she had moved on to a different job I was fine with this. However from the moment I said I was in need of a new phone the sales person kept pushing and pushing for the sale. They were currently out of the phone I wanted (which I understood with it being a popular phone) but the sales person kept pushing for me to get a phone that night. He offered me six different phone types which I said no each time and that I was only interested in the phone I had come in for. Then he wanted me to get set up with a new phone that night and come in the next day to switch it out for the one I wanted... are you serious?! The third time I had to decline the switching phone offer was when I politely excused myself and went some place else. This place seems to have replaced my courteous Kayla with a blood thirsty shark.
