He told me that I could transfer my personal account to a business account. My understanding was that the personal account would be closed out and the new account would start. I started getting bills saying I was overdue and past due. I tried calling the store several times throughout the next few months, I went in a few times, was unable to reach the salesman who helped me. I finally was able to talk to him and I told him what was going on and he said he would fix it. I tried calling the main Verizon office. They told me I'd have to talk to the salesman who helped me. Long story short I am now in collections for the other account for almost $2,000.
