Not only did I not get my phone working with phone calls for a few days, it took them forever to get my watch connected. Even after they said it was connected and said bye, I checked and it wasn't working. It took me well over 3 hours to leave the store. They didn't even have my service hooked up to my phone or watch and I didn't realize this til after I left. This was with the manager. Now I look at my first bill and I never got credited the trade in for my phone. I am extremely upset and will have to take extra time to figure out why they made such a big mistake. Also, I stood outside of the Verizon store for 30 mins with a Spanish speaker because none of the employees (who also spoke Spanish) bothered to help the woman out with accessing her account. I simply wouldn't recommend this store to anyone, no help and way too much hassle. Save yourself the time. read more

I went in to the Woodburn store on Dec. 17th to upgrade my phone. First recommendation - turn down the heat. The store was so hot that I was falling asleep. After a long wait I finally got my phone activated - this was a company account and we had to use the upgrade from another phone number. When I got back to the office our technician phone had been shut off and I had to call the Verizon Wireless account manager to get it fixed quickly. Although the manager Manuel helped me and he was very nice, it was a long process fraught with mistakes. Probably would go to an actual Verizon Wireless store next time read more

Manny has always been patient with myself and my husband Ron. We Always come to him for customer service help as he never turns us away. I finally made the jump today and purchased a smart phone with a stellar tablet deal. Highly recommend this store as they take their time transferring your contacts,pictures etc and don't rush the purchase process. read more

Honestly the best customer service I've received in a long time. They informed me about all the promotions and I took advantage of a bogo with a bundle deal which came with everything!! With lifetime warranty. The manager and his two employees worked with each other to make the process faster and easier. While that was going on we chatted about their future and each one had great plans I wish them the best of luck. Everyone else who came in already had connections with them even though they have been open less than a month, I can already tell this store will be a success with these three guys. read more
