Most Customer Support representatives just do their menial best to get a message to the customer on one number. This technician called me on all my contact numbers. That made a great first impression! They originally contacted me because they wanted to do the installation early. I was more than happy to oblige. They found the demarcation point with no issues and had the Internet connection up and running within 10 minutes. After they left, I ran a speed test and noticed that the connection was 1/5th of what it should be. I decided to call later, but within 15 minutes of my discovery, the same technicians came out and resolved the issue from the demarcation point to the central line. Suffice it to say, I am thoroughly impressed. With no data caps and a line where right now, three computers and NetFlix are running, the service is more than satisfactory. Thanks Datavision!
