At the Salem Lancaster Video Only store that person is Doug. He was SUPER knowledgable about the TVs and the different types and amenitites on each. He scrolled through the competition prices on line with me and explained in detail how Video Only sell their TVs, pricing and warranties, etc. He was extremely detailed so that everything was clear. Once we decided to go with the TVs at Video Only (two different brands), he gave me extremely valuable tips for setting up our TVs at home and was just an amazingly personable, professional employee. I even called him ON LABOR DAY when I was having trouble setting up one TV and he was there and told me what to do. It worked flawlessly. Doug at Video Only has made me a believer. It did not solve the problem the phone wouldn't charge. They told me my charging port was plugged. The salesperson brought out a paper clip and a lens wipe and put it in the charging port and just said oh it can't be fixed. She pushed me into buying a new IPhone 17, case, and liquid crystal display which cost me $57.50+ 174.98 plus $840 financing of the IPhone 17 . And which included a $35 transfer fee to put my data from my old phone to the new phone she pushed me to buy. The transfer took probably at least 3 hours and left all my email files and folders off of the new phone plus some very important contact information such as peoples addresses among other things. I was not happy and a friend convinced me to go to CPR Cell Phone Repair and the employee there was able to clean the charging port on my phone for $30. I went back to this Verizon wireless place. They did not want to return the new phone or all the accessories that their salesperson pushed on me. Finally they knew I was not leaving without my old phone that was fixed for $30 to be reactivated and reimbursement for the accessories. They condescending offered to reimburse me for the new case I purchased but not the liquid screen saver, even though the next person was going to have to pay for it and the Verizon Wireless store would have charged that person $79.99 charging twice for the same product. And on top of it all I vehemently told her that I had insurance on it and she told me I didn't. My insurance on the phone was from Apple but she didn't bother to check just dismissed me. I don't know about you but I am living on Social Security and this money means a lot to me just to fix what wasn't broke to get it fixed. To get my phone fixed for emails etc I had to go to an outside company which cost me an additional $200 to repair what Verizon damaged ! I would rate Verizon at a -50

They don't offer refunds so exchanged for a different case (even though I hated all of the other cases) and it's doing the exact same thing. It took a couple months after shipment for the items to be inspected by the auction house and then listed for bids. When I saw the auction photos, a WWII Navy battle lantern with one crack across the corner of a thick glass lens had arrived with that same lens shattered. When the auction house was notified that this was not the condition the item was sent in, the auction house said that overall the shipment wasn't packed well and avoid this location. As a lessor valued item in the lot, an insurance claim so long after sending wasn't worth the effort, and the remaining items were intact. The service here has always been friendly and prompt, and I will continue to use this shop. Not when shipping antiques... I tried to respond to the owner by email, to give greater details in writing and provide photos, but apparently their email address is not routinely monitored, and no response after a week. Note that the UPS Pack and Ship Guarantee says if your item "is damaged or lost in transit, you'll be reimbursed*." Because of that sneaky asterisk though, I wouldn't count on it. Restrictions apply.
