I had just gone to Walgreens to pick up a photo of my brother in law for his celebration of life and the quality was TERRIBLE! There were creases everywhere, the ink bled, and they enlarged it without asking, cutting off his head. I went to copycats in disbelief of the experience I had just had at Walgreens. I met the owner of copycats and she was so nice! She went out of her way to make the moment right! She explained why it might've bled, and why it was extremely fuzzy/pixelated, she reprinted it there at copycats and it looked a Thousand Times Better! I cried out of happiness and from her kindness. I rented a unit for a family member; a week later, I transferred the unit into the family member's…read morename. To do the transfer, we went into the Keizer storage office and signed paperwork as needed. I stayed until I was told the transfer was complete. Moving forward six months, I go into the storage center to rent a unit. I'm then informed I'm responsible for a $1200 storage bill. Shocked and confused, I explained the unit had been transferred out of my name, and I had no access to the unit since the transfer nor any communication. The manager then said the office employee failed to sign all the documents as required; therefore, the unit, along with a $1200 bill, defaulted to me. I was not a contact on the unit or given permission to access it after signing it over; therefore, I had zero contact with the storage center. I received no notices, letters, emails, or calls. During the six months, the storage center accessed the unit several times without approval, notice, or permission. On multiple occasions, The storage center permitted employees and others unknown to me to access the unit, removing property as desired. The Keizer Storage Center takes Zero responsibility for the actions of its employees, managers, or what happens on their grounds. You pay to protect your property behind a locked gate only to have the employees access and grant others access to property not belonging to the storage center. I will never do business with them and will warn anyone considering it. Keizer Storage Center has what I believe is an auto-response of "We would love the opportunity to resolve any issues." What would be genuine is to take responsibility and apologize for your wrongdoing, train your employees to complete unit transfers correctly, follow the law and stay out of units without proper notice, not give access to a unit without consent, and refund the money paid.

The reason we went to the VO store is because TVs have changed so much (and are constantly changing) and we wanted to chat with someone knowledgable about TVs. Granted each seller has their own preferred TV brands that they sell, but it was great to chat with someone about the brands, types, sizes and comparisons. At the Salem Lancaster Video Only store that person is Doug. He was SUPER knowledgable about the TVs and the different types and amenitites on each. He scrolled through the competition prices on line with me and explained in detail how Video Only sell their TVs, pricing and warranties, etc. He was extremely detailed so that everything was clear. Once we decided to go with the TVs at Video Only (two different brands), he gave me extremely valuable tips for setting up our TVs at home and was just an amazingly personable, professional employee. I even called him ON LABOR DAY when I was having trouble setting up one TV and he was there and told me what to do. It worked flawlessly. Doug at Video Only has made me a believer. Ask for him if you go to the store and you won't be disappointed!

They do not take the time to reassure clients, especially in time sensitive situations. The exact situation could have avoided escalation had they bothered to effectively and politely communicated and reassured instead of dismissing and putting the client needs first.
