The process for a simple stripe job to be done on my Charger took over a year for him to actually complete, he failed to take the stripes all the way down the bumper like I originally requested and made clear it was important to me to have. He also tried to order after market stripes, that I told him I didn't want, proceeded to put them half way on my car and had to remove them once he figured out they were incorrect. During that time he had my car for almost 2 weeks and had zero progress, and tried to charge me for the stripes he order against my wishes. Once he made time for me months later and after wanting multiple weeks for him to get the material in he finally got it in his shop. But ended up keeping it there twice as long as he told me he was going to need it. Although that was more understandable due to the stripes needing to be hand cut at this point. After getting the car back I was really happy with the results although disappointed he didn't get it all the way down the front bumper. It's been a few months at this point and I attempted to set up a time for him to take a look at the stripes just to make sure everything it still sticking well. I got ahold of him and he said he would call me on Tuesday as soon as he got back to the office. Tuesday came and went, so I texted the following Monday and he responded that I no -call no-showed the prior week. I immediately responded and haven't heard from him since as well as sending him pictures of the part of spoiler that are starting to peel (I'll add pictures if possible), as well as the hood. My overall experience it that I enjoyed talking to him, but completely unhappy with his fallow through and professionalism. I think Troy over schedules what he and his team can actually accomplish in the timeframe he sets, as well as taking care of his clients as they come in.

That being said, my house was gross to my standards. While searching for somerone to clean, a friend recommended Hannah and team at Shine & Sparkle. We were immediately impressed with the free quote and the estimate to have us charged per job, not per hour. We're on a monthly schedule now, but that first cleaning (again, neglected home) is what won me over. I came home to what I thought was an immaculate house. Only there was a note apologizing thhat it wasn't quite to their standards but they wanted to do their best to be gone by the time we got home. Seriously? What could be "their standards" when my home aslready looked this good??? Well we found out the next month. Wow! We will continue to keep this service and always recommend Shine & Sparkle.

However on one occasion the company sent two cleaners who showed up 2 hours early and wanted to clean and then did a poor rush job cleaning our house. We complained about this and the next time two other girls came and did a good job. Now that they are back to cleaning again the same two girls have been to our house twice. The first time they did a good job and my wife gave them a $20 tip. A few days later we got a call from the company asking if the girls did a good job and what they could have done better. I pointed out a few places we felt they missed but complimented their work. The second time everything seemed to go fine and we even had them clean the inside of our refrigerator for an extra charge. I asked them about cleaning the floor in the kitchen with a swifer wet jet every time and asked if possibly once in a while they could more thoroughly clean the kitchen floor. We gave them a $15 tip. So today, out of nowhere, I get a call from the company and they are dropping us as customers using the excuse that we are too picky about the work of their cleaners. They charge us $140 to clean our house which takes 2 1/2 hours for two girls to clean. I think the company feels they should only be here 2 hours and they aren't making enough money on our house. I don't recommend Shine & Sparkle if you want a really thorough cleancleaning service.
