Did not want a $10K copier / combo. Found a great machine for me, works well, and fits in the space. I have a monthly service agreement that includes supplies and repair. Their repair team is fast, professional and so far, kind and humorous. I did run into one glitch after 5 years, but Dino Andereggen resolved it fast, with kindness and professionalism. Showing customer loyalty is what keeps people coming back, it's why Amazon and Apple have such brand and customer loyalty.
