She never smiled or acknowledged me, but she didn't throw me out of the store either. I've bought quite a bit of office stuff over the years including office furniture from this store. They are screwing over their customers!…read more We've been box holders there since the business opened in 2014 and today we got notice that the business will close the doors "for good on December 20, 2025.  It is not even possible to change your address in less than 30 days, magazine subscriptions (yes, we still have those) require 60 days.  If you ship something here you will NOT be able to count on them to track it or deal with claims! When I inquired about what would happen to the mail, I was told by Zaid Santiago, one of the owners and the person usually on site, that the mail would be returned to sender.  So, that screws us for Christmas deliveries and such - I have no doubt that all of our deliveries after mid-December will be lost. Finally, I asked Mr. Santiago what happens to the annual box fee we paid through July 31, 2026, and he robotically quoted "paragraph 10 of our contract" and informed me that there will be no refund. They said sure no problem, I wanted it on thick card stock so she could watercolor if she wanted and was told $1.50 a page. I had many pages and was given a discount when I picked up because he said the quote was too high. :) It turned out so well and she cried when she saw it, incase anyone is curious I used chatgbt and simply asked it to please make this image a coloring page. Limited to 6 pages a day so it did take some time but it makes a very personal gift.

I have a disability and he watched me struggle getting the boxes into the store (there were no customers in the store at that time). When he told me the total for shipping I was shocked since I spent time on the phone with customer service regarding costs for shipping so I was trying to explain my situation about the shipping because I was told by the FedEx customer service it would be a certain rate and when I got there, it was not... so imagine my surprise anyway he had no desire to engage in any kind of conversation except do you want to pay for this or not. And he walked away. Then the associate comes up and we're talking and I'm trying to explain what happened and she's preparing the bill for me and I'm telling her how very disappointing this is because I thought I did all my homework and apparently the rates that were given were not the correct rates and I had to pay $391.78 Anyway Then the manager comes up to the counter and tells me I have a Bad attitude and then the associate chimes in and the manager continues to harass me. I am a very polite person, however I responded in a negative way using an impolite word... I immediately apologized and he told me he's going to call the police and that I need to remove my boxes because they will not ship them. Even though I have a disability he would not assist me nor would the associate but her daughter happened to be there and she was very kind to put my boxes in the car. (I did tip her) I will never ever return to FedEx office Keizer Station again and nor would I ever recommend anyone to do business there! Afterwards ... The customer service is lacking; it is generally slow and not very friendly (but not unfriendly either). However, all of my packages have been handled properly and FedEx has always been reliable. Unfortunately, this last visit was terrible. I waited at the counter while the only employee was on the phone for fifteen minutes, aware that I was there and in need of assistance. Once he got off of the phone, I gave him all of the shipping information. He told me that I was free to leave and he would handle the packaging. I let him know that it was a fragile item that needed to be boxed and protected by bubble wrap. He said he would do all of that and sent me on my way. A few days later, I received a scathing message from the seller of the item that I was returning. He said that it arrived in an envelope without any protective materials whatsoever and that the item was completely destroyed. I am seriously disappointed. It's one thing to receive poor customer service. It's another to pay for materials (a box and bubble wrap) and have my fragile contents shipped instead in an envelope across the United States. However, I will be returning to FedEx as a loyal customer, and I am hopeful that I can update this review in the near future.
