She was responsive to email, texts and phone calls, and came in with clear organization and could offer suggestions when prompted (I am neither a photographer nor a creative person, and she was very encouraging and could provide clear directions for where I needed to be and why). Her turn-around time on getting photos to us after the wedding was very reasonable, and additionally she posted a few 'teaser' photos for folks in the interim to keep requests at bay and grow anticipation. Jaime is friendly, open to new ideas and very flexible, and I would recommend her services to anyone. We also had Jaime do our engagement photos, for which she was willing to travel, met us at three different sites over the course of the morning/early afternoon, and encouraged props/outfit changes/fun poses. She is a ton of fun, and brought everything she needed so that we could take photos anywhere. Best customer service ever.

They have used gear in good quality sold at an incredibly fair price and new gear straight from the manufacturers. Nate and his team run a tight ship and I could not recommend them more. Will happily continue supporting this business as long as I live in the area.

How does one of the premiere photo labs in the WORLD have only three reviews? I've spent tens of…read morethousands on processing in LA and NYC and I have to say Photovision exceeds the service and quality of those labs every time I drop off film for processing and scanning. The staff is conscientious and helpful in every sense of those words. I know I can soup my own stuff in the lab I have at home but it's just so much easier to have Photovision do it for me. I kinda just stick to printing at home. As long as I shoot film and film is available this is my "must-call" lab of choice and I recommend it to all of my colleagues. Keep up the great work!

As…read moremore of our friends get married, I am reminded how lucky we were to find a photographer like Katie! She listened to what we wanted, used our ideas and requests, and gave us several hundred fabulous photographs. We thought it would be cool to take pictures on these red picnic tables at McMenamin's Grand Lodge. She agreed and those are some of our favorite photos. Many of the other photos we received were of things we missed from being the center of attention, so they are extremely fun to look at and see what our guests and wedding party were doing while we were occupied. My husband and I are still in awe of the quality and how the photos made us look and feel. I never felt more beautiful than looking at those photos from our wedding. Both her and Greg were extremely professional and sweet. Just having two people with calm and gentle attitudes made me more calm and I can easily say that they made me more sane on my wedding day. When my father-in-law unexpectedly died just four weeks after our wedding, I requested if I could get the photos with him in it early and she had them to us within an hour. Still providing 110% even after the wedding was over! I highly recommend Katie Anderson for wedding photography. She is one of the few things about our wedding that I would choose over and over again!
