My experience with Paul Saucy was, unfortunately, EXTREMELY negative. He gave his big "selling…read morepitch" in the beginning of our meeting of how he was going to do his utmost to help me and get whatever it was that I needed. THEN after paying him his $6,500 retainer fee, he went back on everything he said he would do. I had been told by men in my office that Paul was a great attorney. Well, now I realize he's great for MEN, but NOT for women. As I spoke with other women in the community regarding their divorce proceedings with Paul Saucy, theirs were the same as mine---he gave everything to the husbands and totally took advantage of these women. I even wrote a letter to the Oregon State Bar--nothing happened. Paul refused to ask my ex-husband for spousal support, stating "no ex=husband wants to pay alimony." Really, Paul??? He gave our house, cars, the $20,000 camping trailer that I BOUGHT, and a myriad of other things, ALL to my ex-husband. He also knew my husband was abusive and mentally very unstable. I ended up with no more than what I walked into the marriage with. My money had bought many things, including the remodel of our home. The approximate total of all I had invested in my marriage was OVER $50,000. I did not get ONE PENNY out of my divorce. I was completely abused, and taken advantage of by Mr. Saucy. Having a very good education in Psychology, I can easily without a doubt say that Paul Saucy is an IMMORAL Narcissist/Sociopathic/Misogynist/Chauvanist pig, liar and cheater, with absolutely NO feelings of remorse or guilt at taking advantage of ANY female client. So, as someone who was supposed to look out for me, and represent me and get everything equally, Mr. Saucy failed MISERABLY. This man should have been DISBARRED years ago.....

It is impossible to overstate how professional, caring, expert, and thorough Paul Saucy is in every…read moreaspect of his work for his clients. I am, and will always be, deeply grateful for his work on my behalf. He is not cheap, but he is worth every penny and more. His expertise, experience, attention to detail, and organization will not only get the best possible outcome, it will set your mind at ease knowing you have the best possible attorney working for you. Divorce is hard enough, but few attorneys know how to handle truly high-conflict divorces. Paul is an expert. He will not sugar-coat the situation for you, but he will stay several steps ahead of the process, carefully anticipating and managing every step. You will be well represented and you will be believed, which is worth more than money can buy. If I could have read this review before my divorce, I would have hired Paul immediately. Don't hesitate! Paul listened to me. He heard me, he believed me, and he understood what was happening. All of his advice was excellent, even the parts that were hard to hear. Everything he predicted would happen did happen. He was always a step ahead and he quickly responded and managed every aspect of the case. He let me take an active role, always taking my ideas and concerns seriously. When we finally got to court, the opposing counsel walked in and said, "one day I'll be as prepared as you, Paul." Believe me, you want to be sitting there with Paul, not with the attorney who knows he/she is not as good or as prepared! Although his hourly rate is high, Paul actively worked to save me money, for example making quick phone calls saying "read your email!" and hanging up. He was always responsive and his office was supportive and helpful without fail. To further help me save money, he added Shannon Snow to the case. Shannon is smart, sharp, quick, and supportive. She manages tricky situations with effortlessness. Shannon's attitude is "let's take care of this right now." In court she is calm and carefully but with seeming effortlessness asks questions that get to the heart of the situation. In every instance her work brought positive results for me, and when the other side stalled, she continued with constant pressure until we prevailed. Both Paul and Shannon responded promptly to my questions and concerns, allowed me to work as a partner in preparing my case, and always, always, always listened to me and believed me. We won the best possible outcome in my case, and I have peace of mind knowing I did the best I could because I hired the best. Don't wait! Schedule an appointment with Paul or Shannon!

I never thought I would leave a review for such and old case but I really need to. This firm…read morerepresented my current wife and I in custody of her 3 children and their father, We met with John Case and Stephanie Wilson who both worked the case for us, and we were successful. Less than one year later, my ex-wife filed suit to extend and increase child support for my 2 daughters. She was represented by Stephanie Wilson who argued the case in court before Dale Penn (Judge) My ex-wife was an employee for child support and had presented many cases to be decided by Judge Penn before this case - they were on a first name basis. I moved to remove Stephanie Wilson as her attorney since it was a conflict of interest as she recently represented my wife and I. She responded with "We won't look at any details of that case" and "Gil Feibleman was presented an award for integrity" or something like that. Judge Penn allowed her to represent my ex-wife Frances. Judge Penn made it clear that he was not interested in anything I had to say even though I had overpaid voluntarily for many years of support. He simply said it "was a gift". He continued to rule for my ex-wife and made the child support retroactive to the filing date of the case putting me $6000 in arrears - even though I had overpaid $35,000 that was deemed "a gift". My oldest daughter wanted to contest and speak to the judge but she was told she could not without her mother knowing - and she still lived with her then and didn't want the repercussions. My younger daughter was allowed to be interviewed by the judge behind closed doors, over my objections. I guess she won the case for her client - even though she had all my information from the previous case and I'm certain that was all reviewed. I would not trust this law firm to be honest in any way, they will win at any cost. Unethical bunch of disgusting losers. This was 20 years ago and both my daughters now realize thier mother is a selfish person and used them for cash - They even refer to her by first name -not "Mom".

After my first divorce attorney folded, I hired Gil to end my spousal support after she married into money. You would think it would be automatic but it isn't. Gill takes his cases very seriously and personally. Over the years his paralegals have answered questions about other legal things and even asked him for his advice outside of retainer on simple matters. As a result I have given referrals to his office for the last 13 years. Gil is a higher end attorney and the money is well spent and he gives regular statements so you know where you stand and where your money is going. Gil tells me he has written family law for the courts and I believe it. Weather family law or business law, I always ask him who he recommends. Gil knows his profession and he is the go-to" guy on all legal matters. Thanks Gil
