Many lawyers would charge a consultation fee to discuss matters related to their practice and rarely offer any professional opinions based on what a case could potentially look like. Other firms will cap any initial conversation at a certain duration to preserve time before rendering services. This was not one of those times. Tim never one pressured me to sign with the firm. Instead he was extremely professional, patient, and explained things in a very clear manner. For our initial consultation, he didn't rush me off for time or talk about billing me for our conversation. His fees were practically half of what I was hearing from other lawyers in his specialty. I didn't know what to do the day my computer fizzled out because I was in the middle of my work day…read more& didn't know what was wrong or who to contact. Lucky for me, Google brought Steve's company up and because he had such a good rating, I gave him a call. Steve thought the new motherboard would take a week to order/arrive but it was here in 4 days & he came over the day he got it and got my PC back up and running! His labor was $180 (2 hours/2 trips to my house) & the motherboard was $100. That was a small price to pay for him to be able to save all the work, photos, music, movies I had on my hard drive! If you ever think your computer has burned out & died, call Steve before buying a new one and starting everything (re-installing everything & re-doing tons of work) over.
