This store is a joke. I was "given" free trackers for buying phones. They did not turn out to be…read morefree. I called customer service who explained all to me. They aren't expensive but that's not the point. So customer service told me I had to return in store. So I went back to the store to return them. I felt attitude immediately off the rep that approached us. She asks why I'm returning and I started to say they arenr free and she speaks over me to say they are. I then told her I don't want them and didn't ask for them and she said I'd have to come back when the person who sold them to me was there. Then couldn't tell me when she would be. Total joke. I'm seriously contemplatng cancelling all 4 phones and going back to Verizon. I went to Tmobile because they used to have great customer service. That's not the case anymore I guess....at least not at this store.

Integrity in business seems to be a foreign concept these days and we have become so conditioned to…read moreaccept this that when someone comes along and demonstrates good qualities it is weird but refreshing... the microphone on my phone has been acting up lately and I'll be honest, I'm lazy. I asked the guy to Replace it and get it done as soon as possible. Alex shows up to my house, on time??? After calling to let me know he will be there late on Friday night. He tells me the mic prob needs to be replaced but sometimes they just get clogged especially if you work construction like I do and a cleaning might be a much cheaper fix for me. Not once, not twice but 3 separate times Alex disassembled my phone and cleaned both microphones. To discover that the mics were fine, just very very dirty... so this dude came out late on a cold Friday night and spent an hour cleaning my phone for a very, very reasonable 50 $... when he could have easily said the mics needed repaired and jacked up The price on me, how would I have known... and then he left before I could think to Tip him.... I hope I don't need cell Phone repair anytime soon but if I do, I know who I'm calling... Thanks Alex...

Sierra never gave up and finally we were able to get the correct code from Verizon and get my phone set up..During that time, while we were placed on one hold after another, she waited on other customers and never lost her cool. Several seniors came by for assistance. She handled their problems, treated them with kindness and respect.. I am 87 so also a senior. I have no respect for Consumer Cellular because they employ dedicated employees like Sierra. She deserves a raise! Thank you.

I had a really complicated situation with my mobile phone that was such a headache. You don't find customer service like this anymore. If you're ever in the area in need of ANYTHING mobile/cellular this location is where you need to be, if they can't fix it no one can.

Went in for screen repair and had to take it back multiple times. My screen was fixed but my face…read moreID doesn't work anymore. He told me he couldn't fix it, even though the repair is the reason it doesn't work. And told me to take it to Apple. So I did, I Took it to best buy they said I need a whole new phone because the repair wasn't done properly. So I got a new screen but it's a little glitchy, charges slower, and no Face ID !
