The day comes, the tracker has an appointment time range and is updating like my technician is going to be there as expected. At 645 the tracker updates to say the tech got there at 536...? So I call and am told that the delivery was never happening that day bc the items weren't delivered in time so I'm going to need to reschedule. Was anyone going to let me know that? Apparently not. The next available appointment was a week and a half away. The AI customer service is wildly condescending in situations like this... I canceled my order and went to Lowe's. Got it for the same price and delivered/installed a few days later.

After lighting struck my house he came to help me diagnose everything the lightening might have affected instead of just trying to get me to replace everything. He helped me deal with Directv (who forgot to ground their dish and made the lighting strike much worse). He wasn't obligated or responsible for anything that happened because it was weather but he was there to help fix it anyway. That's service! After the job is done Matt is always there to help if you need it and he responds to you and follows up better than anyone I've ever delt with! In the past I have used Carolina Custom Security and Sound and Audio Warehouse and they didn't come close to the customer service, quality of work, or price Wired Solutions provides. They are great problem solvers too, and getting wires through existing walls can requires some creativity!
