Highly recommend Marcus and Nevin from Wired Installations. They installed a new tv, receiver, subwoofer and hooked it up to in-ceiling speakers. They installed speakers in the back porch too (second zone of receiver). They also ensured data ports were working from the house's smart panel. They showed up as scheduled with a half an hour courtesy phone call beforehand. Wore a mask the entire time. Very professional and courteous. Spent a considerable amount of time making sure everything was working and we could operate all the devices from the remote controls and phone apps. Pricing was reasonable. I have worked with Matt on several projects. He has installed speakers, receivers, Remotes, Sonos and video/TVs for me. He's an expert and I have had zero problems and it's been 10 months since the last install. After lighting struck my house he came to help me diagnose everything the lightening might have affected instead of just trying to get me to replace everything. He helped me deal with Directv (who forgot to ground their dish and made the lighting strike much worse). He wasn't obligated or responsible for anything that happened because it was weather but he was there to help fix it anyway. That's service! After the job is done Matt is always there to help if you need it and he responds to you and follows up better than anyone I've ever delt with! In the past I have used Carolina Custom Security and Sound and Audio Warehouse and they didn't come close to the customer service, quality of work, or price Wired Solutions provides. I contacted Wired Installations on a Wednesday to get a quote on installing a surveillance system at our home. Matt was able to schedule a walkthrough the next day. I was so pleased with the initial quote; I decided to upgrade my TV and add surround sound in the living room and mount a TV and soundbar in the master. Matt helped me with a faulty home theater receiver. I have an aftermarket warranty that requires repair at a local repair shop, so I called WIRED Installations for help. Matt called me back and asked quite a few questions to help diagnose the issue so he can put together a quote. After doing some research the HDMI video processor needed replacement, but it wasn't available in the aftermarket. Matt still took the time to send an email detailing the problem and why he wouldn't be able to repair it which helped me get a full refund on the receivers purchase price from the after market warranty provider.
