Sonitrol customer service said I would have to set up active service with them, including a monthly monitoring contract, for them to reset the code. I explained I didn't want a monthly service, just the ability to turn the system off. I was willing to pay a one-time fee for them to come out to reset it, but was told they couldn't help me with that unless I established monthly service. So I have a system in my house that I cannot turn off and Sonitrol wants to hold me hostage until I enter into a long-term contract with them. Ridiculous and terrible service!

After the job is done Matt is always there to help if you need it and he responds to you and follows up better than anyone I've ever delt with!
