A leak in my 7 month old roof killed my HVAC system. Replaced and had it repaired and they covered those expenses everything seemed good. They refused to run a leak test before I installed a new HVAC system. Flat out refused with no explanation other than they didn't "need to" I gave them nearly 2 weeks to do this but nothing. So we installed a.new system only for that one to be ruined from a leak IN THE SAME EXACT LOCATION. This company is refusing to cover the damages trying to put the blame on the brand new unit saying it was somehow wired incorrectly. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. We will see them in court because I am not done.
