After communicating through Yelp, Felix reached out and was immediately concerned after I explained what I was seeing. He and one of his teammates Virgil came out and determined that the problem was deep rooted and actually did begin outside and unfortunately did require the inside service to be changed as well. He assembled his team and knocked this project out in a day and a half. Each and every one of his team were kind and professional throughout the project. At the conclusion, Felix conducted a final walkthrough and explained every detail of what was done along with the "how-to's" of each of the items I was unsure of. He took care to inform of foreseeable concerns, but admitted that even through his diagnostics couldn't narrow what triggered my issue. What could've been a very expensive call was minimally fiscally conservative in its service charge. The system was running again very shortly.
