It was Sunday evening when I discovered a plumbing problem at the house. I decided to put out a…read morerequest a quote through Yelp so I could see who was available and get some pricing for Monday morning. I've had this issue happen years ago so I was pretty confident in the fact that I needed my main line snaked/augered. I feel like the whole point of doing these requests is to get the info you need without a bunch of phone calls and visitors to the house, but it feels like pulling teeth trying to get a quote out of someone. I understand there are variables, but I'm including a description of what I need... at least give me a ballpark. While Holy City is one of the ones that would not offer any pricing, they did offer a free estimate and they also got back to me Sunday evening within minutes of putting in my request. I went back and forth on the app and set up an appointment for Monday morning between 10am-12pm and was told I would get a text 30 mins before to let me know someone was on the way. Well 10-12 came and went with no tech, no call, and no text. I did shoot them a message at that point letting them know that nobody came. A while later, they sent me a message saying that my appointment time had changed and would now be between 3-5pm. No apology or acknowledgement of the missed appointment from that morning. So I replied, "No thank you. You already no call/no showed our first appointment". I get no response on the app so I figure what's done is done. Then I get a text around 3:15pm letting me know a tech is on his way to my home. I responded with a shortened version from above and that I no longer wanted service. Then it seemed I was getting a new message from an Aaron D stating he canceled the appointment and was sorry for the confusion about my appointment. I pointed out that there was no confusion about the appointment and that I was ready and waiting the whole time to which their tech no call/no showed. Then they just reschedule me for 5 hours later with zero explanation or apology. At that point, the problem was already fixed by another plumber from another company who was more reliable. From there, Aaron did apologize for the inconvenience and acknowledged that the mistake was on their end and he would deal with it internally. Based on other reviews and the quick response to my initial inquiry, I was really looking forward to a great experience. Maybe this was a fluke for them, but I can only go off of the experience I had and it was quite disappointing. I'll add an extra star for Aaron reaching out to remedy the situation and acknowledging their mistake, but I won't be recommending them to anyone else.

I first connected with Fix-it 24/7 when my AC unit was severely damaged in the fall of 2025 by a…read moretechnician from the company I was then using for routine maintenance. That company told me I needed to purchase a completely new AC system to replace the damaged one. Fix-it 24/7 was at my neighbor's house doing routine AC maintenance and I asked the technician to look at the damage. He said it would be a tough repair, but that he could do the job and save me the cost of a new system. I had him do the repair a few days later and the AC has been working perfectly since then. Because I am a veteran, Fix-it 24/7 offered to put me on the "Hero Program" which includes all their maintenance services at no charge. (As a side note: my electric bills for 2026 - which was hotter than 2025 - were lower in 2026 than they were in 2025). Fix-it 24/7 has been servicing my home for the last year. I am extremely pleased with them and highly recommend them.

BEWARE: Our experience with Fix It 24/7 continues to be a complete nightmare…read more Update as of 08/31: We received a call from general manager, Michael Current. In addition to raising his voice at me, Michael did not inform us of an internal investigation nor did he address the fraudulent signatures and inadequate ceiling repair. Since writing the initial review and this update, we had another company inspect our system. They found Fix It 24/7 did not complete the work we hired them to do initially, leaving multiple duct lines untouched, and improperly installing the duct lines they did attend to. Michael told us this company's findings were incorrect, and only offered to send additional technicians from Fix It 24/7 out for a third time to fix work they have repeatedly presented as completed. He hung up the phone after seemingly growing frustrated. Fix It 24/7 seems to have been untruthful at worst or negligent at best. This is not acceptable. We are still awaiting Fix It 24/7 to make this right.
