Great experience with prompt service. Very knowledgeable; offering helpful information and suggestions but no hard-selling tactics. Ryan was the plumbing tech, and he was so easy going! We will definitely call them first for any future needs. read more

Have scheduled a reasonable job and price. Seemed more worried about the job being unnecessary and said a complete kitchen faucet replacement would be more advantageous. With a 10 year warranty, had it repaired with warranty parts. Update: requested return of the plumber to follow up on his repair as a problem still existed. Plumber denied there was a problem. A handle adjustment is all that is needed. I was uncomfortable with conversation finally cancelled the return visit. I do not recommend. read more

Please be aware before hiring Servant Plumbing. I did not want to write this review. I made several attempts to resolve these concerns directly before deciding to share my experience. I hired Servant Plumbing for two jobs in my home. One reason I chose them was the cross in their logo and the Christian values reflected in their advertising. The first job was a small repair in my back bathroom: replacing the toilet tank components, the shut-off valve, and a 10-12-inch supply line. The second job involved diagnosing and repairing a hot water leak in my hall bathroom. Steve estimated both jobs at $1,275, which I paid in cash before work began. The back bathroom repair was completed, and the workmanship was excellent. The hall bath repair, however, turned out to be much more extensive than anticipated. I was told it would require significantly more work, including replacing the tub, which I could not afford. I understood and accepted that the larger repair would not be completed. My concern arose when I received a refund of $670, meaning I was charged $635 for the small back bathroom repair alone. Given the scope of the work, I questioned whether that amount was reasonable and requested an itemized invoice showing labor, materials, and hours worked. I never received one. Steve also told me that part of the $635 charge covered a tool he had purchased while attempting the hall bathroom repair. I was never informed beforehand that I would be responsible for purchasing a tool. When I questioned this, I was told I could have the tool if I drove to Walterboro--about an hour from my home--to pick it up. After several business days of trying to resolve these concerns with Steve, I contacted the Mount Pleasant office. Mike returned my call and stated that the larger hall bathroom repair would normally cost around $850 (excluding the cost of a new tub). Based on that information, the completed back bathroom repair would have been approximately $425. He said he would discuss the matter with Steve and get back to me. After waiting another week without hearing from anyone, I called Mike again. He told me he had not yet had time to investigate my concerns or speak with Steve. On top of this, Mike said Steve had just gone on vacation. I was told it would be at least another week before they could discuss the matter. At that point, I felt helpless, unheard, frustrated, and taken advantage of... There were additional concerns, but these were the primary issues. As a widow and the caregiver for my 27-year-old son with severe special needs, this was a significant expense for my family. I genuinely hoped these concerns could be resolved privately. Since they were not, I felt it was important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. read more

Servant Plumbing - Plumbing Near Me - Mount Pleasant, South Carolina

Good honest man that felt bad charging me what he did. Company policy. But it was an honest charge and he did a great job.

Joshua didn't actually do any repair work for us, just gave us a quote on the problem, and advised a solution as an interim fix. I appreciate the honesty, and will probably call again in the future if we need to get it fixed. read more

I hired Servant Plumbing and their technician, Ryan, replaced fill valve and flapper on 2 toilets. I had called this morning and Ryan arrived on same day and did the project. We were pleased. Dry professional and he courteously explained what he was replacing and why. read more

Amazing service at great prices. They are always quick to respond. Highly recommend Servant Plumbing.

They replaced an aged 50 gallon water heater in the attic. The job took 2 men to carry and install new heater. Great job guys!

Yelp worked exactly as I hoped when I went looking for a plumber for my first time in Charleston. 4,8 rating with 51 reviews. I thought I'd give Servant a try. Fast response, great work (and conversation) from Giovanni, and a fair price. Thank you Servant Plumbing. I've saved you number and will be proud to share it with anyone needing your type of work. read more

Incredible and fast service. I've found my go to plumber! Won't hesitate to call again.

Servant Plumbing was very professional and responsive. They were easy to schedule with and Giovanni was amazing. He was called out for what I believed to be a leak on my 2nd floor bathroom and instead of opening walls and charging me a ton, he found the problem and saved me a ton of money. He is a great guy and very knowledgeable. I will be using Servant Plumbing again and recommending them to family and friends. read more

The repair person showed up at my home and quoted me over $500.00 for a job that another local plumber ended up charging approximately $150.00 for. (Basic Leak from a pipe under the kitchen sink, It was nothing more than PCV pipe that had become worn and needed replacing.) The technician was nice and seemed professional however he reminded me of the used car salesman that quotes you a ridiculous price and then tries to determine if you'll fall for it or not. I thanked him for his time but opted for another local plumber. It was disappointing that they couldn't or didn't offer more competitive rates. (They offer free quotes & arrived in a reasonable amount of time.) read more

Good all around. Service, response and results. I appreciate the quick and complete fix to a broken/clogged kitchen drain. They showed up, focused on drain and fixed it quick. read more

Servant Plumbing is an exceptional company! They are professional, timely, courteous and very efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Definitely our GO TO plumbing company! read more

My 1996 but brand new to me home had all old poly pipe. Insurance companies don't want to insure a home with it- so we bought knowing within 30 days we needed a total repipe! Mike came out and walked the property via FT during our due diligence and gave us a fair quote. After closing, I had another repipe company in that bid little less but did not have the "user friendly" attitude Mike had. Also not the same warranty Servant offered! Mike, Stewart and Ryan were in my home for three whole days. Mike explained everything very well, they were respectful of my space and respectful of working with my engineer, super high standards husband via FT. I can recommend Servant Plumbing without reservation. They did quality work and were willing to consider the variety of requests we made while in process and follow up quickly. We are very satisfied. read more

I wanted to give Servant Plumbing, Marcus and Dannielle a 5 star review. My wife and I discovered Sunday night that our two 12 year old tankless hot water heaters would not ignite so first thing Monday morning I call Servant Plumbing. Dannielle was awesome and had me on the books for mid-day That same day. Marcus arrived on time and did a thorough troubleshooting inspection. Explained my options, checked in stock availability on replacement units and returned the following Wednesday to replace units. The customer service and workmanship was excellent. Thank you Servant Plumbing! read more

I've had very positive experiences with this company both times they came out to my house. Professional, courteous, fair, and most importantly trustworthy! Definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs! read more

Responded promptly and did a great job. Great communication. Highly recommend this company.

Quick, efficient and straightforward solution to my plumbing problem. Problem solved.

My day started out pretty terrible. A clogged toilet, which I thought I had managed by plunging, then walked away from, overflowed, then began to leak through the ceiling of the floor below. Nightmare, right? At 8:00am, I called Servant Plumbing and left a message. Twenty minutes later, I received a call back that someone would be out to see me between 9 and 10:00am. Alright, feeling better. At 9:15, Marcus called to let me know he was around 15 minutes away, and I told him where to park. He arrived about 20 minutes later. Now, I had turned the water off, so the nightmare was basically under control. We had cleaned up the water, and it had stopped dripping through the ceiling. All that was left was for Marcus to work his magic. Which he did, in about 5minutes. He augered the toilet, wrote up the invoice, and did it all while being pleasant and friendly-- yes, the man whistled, and yes, it was charming. All told, I will gladly return to Servant Plumbing for my next plumbing needs, and I will happily recommend them to anyone else in the Charleston/Mt Pleasant area. read more

Highly recommend this business. I've had Servant Plumbing come out to preform yearly maintenance on my tankless water heater. Mr. Mike is very professional, prompt, and efficient. He's also helpful in providing good advice on the unit since it's my first tankless heater. Their scheduling is easy and they show up when they say. Always with a call ahead too. I'll turn to them to take care of any issues I might have. read more

Josh from New Jersey was my tech and he was awesome from the beginning. I had issues with a shower that would back up when washer drained, and he the next day he was back with his camera and snake to troubleshoot my issues. I had some questions about future repairs and owner was easily reachable and easy to work with. Look forward to using their services for future read more

I can't rave enough about Servant Plumbing. I called them on a Monday afternoon around 3pm after dealing with a backed up sink and garbage disposal all morning, then realizing that our drain line to the washing machine was spitting out water everywhere. Needless to say I was stressed. I actually looked on Yelp for a plumber. I sent out quotes and called a few people. I was a little disappointed to hear that it was going to cost at least $60 for someone to come out. I saw that Servant offered a free estimate so I called them. They said they billed by the job (I'm guessing instead of by the hour). An hour later he was here fixing our plumbing. I forget the name of the Tech who came out. He went under house and found the problem. It was bit harder than we all expected. It's now Thursday and (knock on wood) we haven't had any issues. In total it costs $300 to fix. I am happy it's fixed. It was definitely not something we could have done ourselves. We will definitely be using Servant Plumbing again! read more

AJ was great. Came and cleaned the line --he was Persistant and stayed until everything was fixed. Great experience. read more

Replaced tankless water heater. Available quickly, on time, good communication, great work.

In today's crazy world, it's hard to find reliable, honest, hard working folks. I was initially drawn to the name of the company and glad I called. The young man with Servant took on a tough job with a smile on his face and finished strong. Up-front pricing, professionalism, and pride in their work is what sets this company apart. It's almost as if this company doesn't know the rest of the world has gone nuts and you can't find good help with any problem. If you need a plumber, don't overthink...just call these guys and know it'll get done right and with great pricing. I'd give them ten stars if I could..... read more

I called on a Sunday about a leak and explained that it was not an emergency they called immediately on Monday morning. They were able to get me in very quickly gave me a 2-hour window and arrived at the very beginning of the window. Marcus was very friendly quoted me within a few minutes a fair quote and we had the work done. Everything turned out great work was perfect check was awesome I highly recommend. If you have plumbing needs call these guys they do a really good job. read more

They answered the phone quickly and were able to come to the house the very next day. They showed up on time and Mike was extremely friendly and was able to poke my gas line through the deck and mount it on top. Would've been a 5-star but the pricing seemed a bit high for 30 minutes worth of work. Wish they had a standard rate and not picking a number from a hat. I've dealt with plenty of service folks before and I have no problem recommending Servant Plumbing. read more

Best experience I've had with a plumbing company quick response, fair price & a great plumber!

Outstanding Service. I'm away from home and found out had a burst pipe. Called this number based solely on the reviews and Josh called me back within the hour. I told him the only time I could have someone go by the house was on a Saturday since I wasn't there. He said he'll have one of his teammates call me on Saturday to meet. Got the call from Marcus, he was flexible and understanding of my situation. He met my brother on Saturday. Gave him his initial findings as well as recommendations. Both short term and what he would recommend as a long term fix. Their estimates were very fair and I couldn't have asked for a nicer more honest group of folks. Highly recommend even though I never met either in person. Outstanding service and more importantly honest work. Thank You!!! read more

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! SERVANT PLUMBING. I needed to replace my hot water heater and it was in the worst possible place (upstairs attic). I feared the worst. They were referred to me and I called them and received a phone call back in less then 10 minutes. They were so professional and I could not beat the service. The job was completed the next day at a very fair price and they were amazing. They even loved my dogs HaHa! Would recommend them for any plumbing needs!!! Thank you again. read more

We had a clog of unknown origin and were getting worried that we would be the guys with a backhoe in our front yard and the huge bill to go with it. We found these guys on yelp and couldn't believe the reviews. Nevertheless, we called and they called us back in seven (7) minutes. They offered to come out that night, but we said it could wait, so we made an appointment for the next day at three. I was shocked to hear a knock on the door at a few minutes prior to 3, and it was a well dressed, well spoken professional plumber. He listened to my problem and then proceeded to diagnose it. Turns out we had roots growing into a poorly done prior repair. He dug it up, cleaned out the problem and prepped it for a proper fix. He hand dug it in less than hour! I was breaking a sweat just watching him work. He put in a proper clean out and put everything back in its place. Well done and superb! Oh, he cleaned out the trap for the shower for no charge. Whole deal was extremely fair priced. Definitely use these guys again. read more
