All my Summerville, SC peeps if you ever need a plumber we have used Pride Plumbing Services for a few years now on our house down there. They do not disappoint in customer service, professionalism, punctuality, affordability and options. While working on getting crawlspace cleaned out/encapsulated we found some leaking pipes and drain. We called end of last week and really needed work done by Tuesday when crawlspace contractors come back. Yes, I know holiday weekend They fit us in on a holiday. Eddie came out on Memorial Day and as with our history with Brian, Eddie was just as fantastic. He found a few other things that needed handling and made sure all were taken care of. He spent whole holiday working on our repairs while calling to keep us informed. Owner Brian, office staff and field crew are wonderful! #scprideplumbing #supportthebusinessesthatsupportourmilitary #supporttheskilledtrades read more

Did a replumb on our house. Did not bring enough labor to do the job properly and after 11 hours he tells us he will have to break thru from the kitchen to the water heater to get a decent flow of hot water to the kitchen. And he doesn't fix what he breaks thru. Now the kitchen hot water is a very light stream of water. This company might be great for the small jobs but not so much for a replumb. read more

Called over the weekend and left a message. They called Monday morning at 8 am willing to assist. Set up an appointment for Wednesday. They showed up on time and very professional in all they did. Competed the assessment and presented a reasonable quote. Accepted the quote and the work was completed within an hour. HIGHLY recommend this company. read more

The main water line from the meter to my house developed a leak / pin holes in the copper feed line. I called and received same day service. The price for repair, parts and labor was within reason as always. I have used Pride Plumbing in the past and have very been satisfied with their work and materials used and price. They go over the scope of work and price which is important to me before starting. read more

I hired pride plumbing to replace my water heater. They were able to do a same day estimate and once I was ready to get the work started, they were able to complete the job the next day. While other companies quoted me at $5K+, Pride quoted me at $2.8K for the same job and completed the job with that same price. Brian Jr and his Supervisor were excellent at identifying what needed to be done and handling the job just within a few hours. I highly recommend this company to anyone within the North Charleston/Summerville, SC area read more

Excellent service. Showed up the day I called, gave me a quote- which was very reasonable and installed a toilet and hot water heater the next day. Brian answered all of my questions and had the cleanest work space ever. He even took the old hot water heater and toilet with him so I no disposal to worry about. When you call you get Rebecca who has the nicest calming phone voice. The company name, PRIDE, is why I called them and their work reflects the company name. read more

Nobody wants to need a plumber. I have spent months and thousands of dollars trying to figure out how to stop my drain pipe from my washing machine from clogging. My usual plumber recommended Pride Plumbing because the job was too big for them, and I am so so so thankful! From the time I called to schedule my appointment to the time we got the job estimated, done, and paid (ALL IN ONE DAY), every single person was professional, courteous, and personable. The person who scheduled our appointment, the person who called to let us know the driver was on their way, and the plumber Brian who came out were all AMAZING. I called, set my appointment, they were ON TIME (even offering to come earlier!), and the plumber that came out fixed our issue that 3 other companies could not figure out. I am so so grateful to Pride Plumbing, and will recommend them to everyone! read more

I highly recommend. Prompt and efficient service. Brian, Jr. came out and completely rebuilt the tank on my toilet that had been leaking, even causing my water bill to go up. I had it looked at and adjusted several times , but the leak was apparently in the rim that goes directly into the toilet itself. Brian is pleasant and professional. He left no mess, and the work was completed in 30 minutes. When I first called Pride Plumbing, Rebecca answered the phone promptly, which impressed me. I will very definitely use this company again if their services are need. 5 Stars all the way. Sincerely, Mary A Long read more

After dealing with AHS and the plumber (A-American Plumbing) that they sent who never even showed up nor called to let us know he wasn't coming I searched and found Brian with Pride Plumbing. It was truly a blessing that I did. Initially Limric came out and wanted $3,900 for a tankless water heater and install. Brian quoted a price of $2,350 for the same brand water heater and install. You can obviously guess who I went with. Brian was able to have the new water heater installed in 2 hours and was on time and professional. Highly recommend to anyone needing any plumbing needs. read more

Pride Plumbing is fantastic! I called because my water heater had completely died. They sent someone out the next day. He checked everything out and told me all of the options I had for replacement as well as the total cost with labor, tax, and everything. There was no high-pressure to put me in something I couldn't afford, and once I had chosen, he went to get everything he needed and had it installed the same day. The new water heater is working great with no problems at all. I will call them any time I have any sort of plumbing issue in the future! read more

Brian did an excellent job installing my Rheem tankless hot water heater. He was friendly, up front with his services and did not try to up sale additional services. Before I hired him I asked another plumbing service to install it prior to Brian and they tried to tell me that I should have purchased the tankless hot water heater from them. Besides trying to sell me their how water heater they tried to charge me $1000+ for their services. Go with Brian! You won't regret it!!! read more

I cannot state the extent of happiness with Pride Plumbing. We had a main drain problem that would not allow us to bath, wash clothes, use the dishwasher and limited toiled. Brian responded to my call in about 15 minutes and after telling him the symptoms told me he could be here in under an hour. Even more amazing is he actually showed up quickly. The problem was a tough one but they got it done and to my surprise went above and beyond what I thought they would do as well as sticking to their estimated charge. We had a dripping faucet in our bathtub that had gotten worse over time. Other companies gave us estimates for actions ranging from removing the faucet handles and taking the parts out and trying to match them up at other places to cutting out the three faucet handles and replacing all of them with a single handle. Their estimated costs ranged from $400-$800. When we called pride plumbing, we knew we had a good company. Brian adjusted his schedule to meet our busy schedules. When he got to the house, he heard our plumbing horror stories and examined the faucet. He told us the first thing he was going to do before getting started with an estimate was to remove the faucet handles, take everything out, clean the parts and check the o-rings. 30 minutes later, he informed us that we had bad o-rings and that the dripping had stopped. Brian is a true professional. He is prompt, polite, and will not sell you something you do not need. Overall cost of the repair was less than $200. If I could give him 10 starts, I would read more
