Did a replumb on our house. Did not bring enough labor to do the job properly and after 11 hours he tells us he will have to break thru from the kitchen to the water heater to get a decent flow of hot water to the kitchen. And he doesn't fix what he breaks thru. Now the kitchen hot water is a very light stream of water. This company might be great for the small jobs but not so much for a replumb. read more

I highly recommend. Prompt and efficient service. Brian, Jr. came out and completely rebuilt the tank on my toilet that had been leaking, even causing my water bill to go up. I had it looked at and adjusted several times , but the leak was apparently in the rim that goes directly into the toilet itself. Brian is pleasant and professional. After dealing with AHS and the plumber (A-American Plumbing) that they sent who never even showed up nor called to let us know he wasn't coming I searched and found Brian with Pride Plumbing. It was truly a blessing that I did. Initially Limric came out and wanted $3,900 for a tankless water heater and install. Brian quoted a price of $2,350 for the same brand water heater and install. You can obviously guess who I went with. Brian was able to have the new water heater installed in 2 hours and was on time and professional. Pride Plumbing is fantastic! I called because my water heater had completely died. They sent someone out the next day. He checked everything out and told me all of the options I had for replacement as well as the total cost with labor, tax, and everything. There was no high-pressure to put me in something I couldn't afford, and once I had chosen, he went to get everything he needed and had it installed the same day. I cannot state the extent of happiness with Pride Plumbing. We had a main drain problem that would not allow us to bath, wash clothes, use the dishwasher and limited toiled. Brian responded to my call in about 15 minutes and after telling him the symptoms told me he could be here in under an hour. Even more amazing is he actually showed up quickly. The problem was a tough one but they got it done and to my surprise went above and beyond what I thought they would do as well as sticking to their estimated charge. Brian did an excellent job installing my Rheem tankless hot water heater. He was friendly, up front with his services and did not try to up sale additional services. Before I hired him I asked another plumbing service to install it prior to Brian and they tried to tell me that I should have purchased the tankless hot water heater from them. We had a dripping faucet in our bathtub that had gotten worse over time. Other companies gave us estimates for actions ranging from removing the faucet handles and taking the parts out and trying to match them up at other places to cutting out the three faucet handles and replacing all of them with a single handle. Their estimated costs ranged from $400-$800. When we called pride plumbing, we knew we had a good company. Brian adjusted his schedule to meet our busy schedules. When he got to the house, he heard our plumbing horror stories and examined the faucet. He told us the first thing he was going to do before getting started with an estimate was to remove the faucet handles, take everything out, clean the parts and check the o-rings. 30 minutes later, he informed us that we had bad o-rings and that the dripping had stopped. Brian is a true professional. He is prompt, polite, and will not sell you something you do not need. Overall cost of the repair was less than $200. If I could give him 10 starts, I would read more
