We called another local plumber who had great lip service but never followed through or came back to do the estimate. When we reached back out, we were given a time frame of a few days. We called Plumb Easy and they were here in seriously less than an hour. They were able to fix the leak within the day, the toilet the following, and made a game plan for the others that they actually followed up with. I'm writing this today because we had a hot water heater start leaking early this morning. We immediately called Plumb Easy based on our previous positive experience and again they were here within the hour. Each time, wonderful service, effective communication about what they were doing, options with quotes, etc. We will absolutely be using them for all future plumbing services. In February 2025, my power bill was $220, which was $80 more than when I had the old unit and duct work that was full of holes. I was told that my power bill would be much better. There were a total of 4 months where bill was significantly higher. Also, the thermostat was doing weird things, and I called them, but it got better on its own. In September, I was switching out summer shoes for winter, when I saw all my leather shoes were covered in mildew and or rotted, as was my leather recliner (in guest room so I don't see it frequently). Cabinets in spare bathroom had mildew, part of walls and another small leather chair that we don't really use. A friend that sells spray foam, told me that hvac is supposed to get rid of moisture. I had a technician come out, and he told me it was caused by water under my house and on the brick. ( I had accidentally left the hose running in that area a week prior). I had a termite inspection about a month earlier where they said there was no moisture. i asked for a second technician, A.C., and he spent about 2 hours at my home, then told me the unit had not been installed properly. The owner came over, looked at stuff and went into a 15 lecture about how customer friendly they are. I asked for compensation, and he called me an extortionist and said my shoes were from the 80's, which is laughable because I love new shoes. He went out to his car to leave, and he accused me of running down the street after him. He was parked on my grass, when I have a perfectly good circular driveway with no cars. I am contemplating small claims court, but what bothers me are the intangibles...I am a 70 yr old arthritic women who had to clean all that mildew. From customer service to dispatch to service technician....EVERYONE was above exemplary in their approach to my concerns. Josh, was the service technician that served the moment. He took care to inform of foreseeable concerns, but admitted that even through his diagnostics couldn't narrow what triggered my issue. What could've been a very expensive call was minimally fiscally conservative in its service charge. The system was running again very shortly. I called around to get estimates. No place would come out to even do anything other than a diagnostic fee for nearly $100. Many people told me over the phone that they wouldn't give me an estimate, or rough guess would be $1500-$3000 to repair my issue. I had a corroded gas line from my meter into my home that was leaking. I called John this morning. He firstly told me it would only be a $45 diagnostic fee, and roughly $300 to repair. Not only did he do both of those parts, he did them much cheaper than many of the other companies I called. Then he even came the same day, at the time that was best for me. When he got to my home, he quickly saw the issue, and knew it would be a little more expensive than what I was describing. I didn't even send him any photos when I first called. He went to Lowes, got the needed pipe, and was back quickly. He completed the work, very thoroughly, and as cleanly as possible. Mind you, my issue resulted in a hole needing to be made on the inside of my home to access the gas line. He did the work, and only charged me $500, which is a fraction of what I probably would've paid with another company, and also probably would've had to wait a day or two for someone to come out. He's very knowledgable and seems to do good work. He's the owner, so his reputation is on the line. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a plumber! I will definitely use him again in the future as well. The gas company came out a short time later, tested the line for leaks, and did not find any, and turned the gas back on! I'm so glad I went with west Ashley plumbing, and not some big name brand.

I received a quote for over 1,000$ to install 2 spigots that are already next to the appropriate water lines. Had another certified and insured plumber show up the same day and do it for under $300. I am including the picture of the invoice from the other plumber and a screenshot in which All Plumbing tried to buy their way out of an honest review. Read the other negative reviews like the one from Barbara H. before scheduling with them. Companies like this don't belong in Berkeley County.
