Joseph stopped by to give a free consultation for an upcoming project I'm trying to put together. He was extremely genuine and knowledgeable. He was able to offer alternative options as well that wouldn't all out break the bank if I didn't want to go through with extensive drywall work. I didn't commit to the project just yet, but this is who I will be going through to get it completed once we are ready. I really appreciate Joseph coming out to look at what we were trying to do before offering a quote through the phone; it felt more like someone that cares about their work and customers instead of just finding the next paycheck. read more

Joseph at Jacobsen Electric was fantastic to work with! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything before getting started. The quality of his work was excellent, and he made sure everything was completed safely and efficiently. He showed up on time, communicated throughout the process, and left everything clean when the job was finished. It's hard to find someone who is both skilled and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend Jacobsen Electric to anyone in the Charleston area looking for a reliable electrician. We just moved into our new home and needed a variety of electric tasks to be completed. Joseph provided a fair and complete estimate, taking pictures and making sure he would return with the necessary tools and products. He hooked up our hot tub, installed several dimmers and outlets and repositioned a lighting fixture. He accomplished each task safely and efficiently. The cost was the quoted estimate. We now have an electrician to call on for future projects. We would highly recommend Jacobsen Electric. read more

Absolutely a 10 out of 10 experience! I called at 10 am, laying out my problem, and before I knew it, he was at my door, ready to help.
