Teddy was amazing today! He was scheduled to provide an estimate on a few things noted on my inspection report and to also install a light in my shower (per my request, it wasn't listed on my report). I thought I would have to schedule an appointment at a later date to have the light installed and the other issues taken care of. To my surprise, he had everything he needed to get all of the jobs done in approximately 2 hrs and 45 mins! From the walkthrough for the estimate, to calculations from within his utility van, and finally the actual work... only 2 hrs and 45 mins! We did a thorough post inspection of his work and it was more than what I had expected to be completed so quickly! I'd also like to add that I requested for a quote to replace all of my smoke detectors and install CO2 detectors. But being that I was having a security system installed the next day, he was completely transparent and honest with me by telling me to hold off on getting them installed and to wait for what the security company does for me (since they will likely install monitored smoke/fire/CO2 detectors). Teddy with Arc Angel was absolutely amazing!! We had a pool installed in November and the pool companies electrician did subpar work and after being left with no power for a few weeks we were left with no other choice but to hire our own electrician (Arc Angel) who sent Teddy to us. The minute Teddy showed up I knew we were in good hands. Teddy had found the break in the ground line (which was not in any piping nor deep enough trenched) While he was here diagnosing the problem he also uncovered several code violations as well. Great experience with Arc Angel. Needed an estimate to replace some bathroom ventilation fans. Colby called and asked if he could come early (no one ever comes early!), we discussed the issues we were having and he made excellent recommendations without trying to sell me unneeded services or equipment. While he was there we discussed some smart switches I was having trouble installing. He offered to help, gave me an estimate and did the work while he was there. On the first visit they determined the fans we had purchased could not be installed with down bars but they completed several other tasks and called a few days later to schedule the rest of the job. Replaced several switches and sorted out wiring issues left by previous electrician and also troubleshot a 4-way switch circuit that was intermittently failing. Bruce came out and resolved a wiring issue with our doorbell install. almost had it ourselves but the previous owners ripped our unit right off the brick.
