Nothing. 24 hour outage and 4 days to get someone to set up our Satellite accounts. Max , Netflix, Prime. Which we have been on the phone trying to retrieve our 1 1/2 year account after a 24 hour power outage. We both have IPhone 16's, THANK You! No we are not into duplicating that purchase with you!. No, we don't need to pay you for Max, Prime & Netflix. Please RESTORE what we have after YOUR 24 hour outage. WOW, my 75 year old husband is handicapped and in a wheelchair and all you want to do is sell us what we have. This service is important to us regardless of your appalling service. We have tried to save $100. A month with your antiquated service. So not worth it. You suck, users, incompetent, poor service. read more

I've had nothing but a positive experience during each visit to this Verizon location be it to trade in and upgrade one of our phones, purchase an accessory, get an answer to a question regarding our data plan/usage or tweaking/re-setting the functionality of a much used app such as Camera and Message. I tend to stop by during off/peak hours so there's little time wasted waiting for assistance. The associates have always been helpful, efficient and courteous even when it's clear that the visit won't result in a sale. Today's visit resulted in a decrease in our monthly bill by $25.00 ... hooray! read more

Had to go and pick up our new phone that was ordered via the Verizon website at this store. It was the most horrible serve that we have ever encountered at any Verizon service center especially since we were dealing with the store manager. He didn't want to transfer service from old Verizon phone and instead handle us instructions how we were to do this on on own. He even had the audacity to ask if we could read the printout instructions that he handed us; guess he didn't know we were Ivy League graduates. He then had a problem transferring the info from the old phone to the new. Guess he wasn't an Ivy. Needless to say this was a horrible experience and would say to go to another Verizon store. Verizon should be embarrassed that they pick this person to be a store manager. read more

This is my go to Verizon store. Yes, I live very close to another Verizon store on James Island, but I would rather drive to this one in Mt Pleasant for all my cell phone needs. It has everything to do with customer service. Overall I am very comfortable here. All of my questions get answered and I never feel rushed or pressured into buying something I don't like or need. Chris has helped me multiple times - a couple of times to activate loaner phones, once to purchase a new phone, and also to purchase accessories. I couldn't ask for better service! The store is always clean and in order, and from overhearing the other sales guys you won't be disappointed with anyone you end up having the pleasure dealing with at this Verizon. Just keep in mind, they aren't technical support but they will do their best for you! read more

Taylor is one of their best employees. I started a new line for a 7 plus through him. The next day however, I came in because the glass they put on my phone had some flaws. Ryan put another glass on my phone. The edges wouldn't sit down and cling to my phone. Ryan threw his arms into the air and said the screen protector is not meant to be flawless but is just meant to protect the screen. I am aware it's not meant to be flawless but the edges weren't sticking, I wasn't complaining about bubbles under the screen or a minor imperfection. I do not want to have to come back a 3rd time to Verizon bc the edge of the glass caught on something and came up. I shouldn't have to explain all of that though and argue with anyone in Verizon. I didn't argue, I left with my screen protector sticking up off of my screen. 1 star here because at least Taylor did a great job when I originally bought the phone. The phone protector hassle with Ryan was a joke. I never review businesses but I am going to this time because of how poorly it was handled. read more

I've been a loyal verizon customer for 10 years - 7 devices in a shared plan. Tried to get an early upgrade on one of them - no way. They were busy in the store when we stopped in, so 30+ minute wait for a rude answer. Online and 800 number equally rude and unhelpful. I thought loyalty was supposed to work both ways. read more

I purchased an iPhone XS from this location and was fortunate to work with Dave Farda in the process. Dave made everything very easy, thoroughly explained everything, and made sure that everyone on my family plan was receiving the best deal possible. Dave was very patient and intent on getting things right for my trade-in and helped me set up the new phone (even though this store supposedly does not do that). Moving forward, I'll definitely go out of my way to see Dave at this location. His professionalism and sincerity in getting it right was very refreshing. read more

This store is a JOKE!! First off the try to imitate the whole Apple Store thing. Greeted at the door & waited about 10 min which was fine. Then we got Ty. Let me tell you about Ty.. Ty looked & acted like he didn't want to be there. Hands in his hoodie the whole time, checking his watch or on his iPad. He couldn't care less about our questions & we had several. I was upgrading my phone which I haven't done in about 8 years. I had the unlimited data & wanted to know the best deal as we have a family plan. Finally got some answers once we pinned him down & contradicted his statements. Then we had questions about the horrible horrible service in Mount Pleasant (Park West to be specific). He went on to tell us that Verizion have been working on that issue for 6 years!! Not my problem I told him. Im paying for a service I'm not getting & I'm done!! He basically told us we could buy a cell tower booster for the house for $250 at that point we asked for the manager who was much better & helped us immediately. We got a cell tower for the house & did not pay for it. So my point here is.... Do not give up & demand a better service. Sorry for the rant. read more

Verizon can be miserable for sure. When I moved here I stumbled upon a sales guy that has been great to me, call or text ahead of time and he has it ready for you. Also, he's always hunting the best deal for his customers. If you are here ask for Dave Farda, he has been exceptionally good to me and works hard for his clients. read more

Excellent! For one, it's huge. I think they're trying to do the apple store thing and it worked. If you need your plan changed and are unable to do it online, this is the place to go. Amanda was awesome and I only had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to help me (even though there were four people ahead of me). She was able to get me more minutes and texts with the same data for the same price I was paying before!!! Loved it and am so happy with my experience! Amanda deserves a bonus!!! read more

Eric assisted my wife and I to get a new phone. He even tried to get my iphone 6s to power back on so I could trade it in for value (taking this one up with Apple) as it crapped out way too early on me. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. My wife's new phone has had overheating issues and Eric ordered her another one to be sent back to where we are from as we were on vacation in South Carolina. I love Verizon! Hate this store! My wife and I had trouble with our I phones. Her's wouldn't recharge then mine blanked out. We were told by a salesman in the Mt. Pleasant store that the batteries in I phones could not be replaced - had to trade up. So we did It wasn't until day 14 of a 13 day grace period until we learned that changing a battery cost a whopping $30 and that my phone just had some dirt in the charging slot. Unfortunately, it was day 14 - not 13 - and I had thrown one of the boxes away, so we couldn't return them. We had gotten Androids that we both hated, but too bad. I couldn't even get my email app to work on my phone. After about 20 minutes of trying, one of their sales reps finally gave it up. I was SLO on that one too. So, we had been lied to and were now stuck with two phones we didn't like. We finally got Verizon to take them back and reactivate our Iphones, but that damned manager/sale rep/ lying SOB made it almost impossible. it took hours of convincing people on 1-800 numbers. I'll stay with Verizon, they really worked hard trying to figure out his lies, but I'll never step in that store again! Walker G. read more

Verizon is a joke. Verizon employees do not even understand their own promotions. You can not simply get a straight answer thru Verizon about their service promotions. Bait and switch is KING here. Talk to their Corp for a hr about changing service to Verizon. 3 lines.. Ok good we will go to store next morning to sign up. They state at store in MTP "we can not honor that?" What just spoke to Corp last night.... Answer then go thru them. Serious?? So we call Corp AGAIN.....They confirm we were right and that was what the salesperson last night stated to us. Corp listened to recording. BUT " too bad you don't sign up last night....Cause anything we state is only good at that moment"....WHAT!!!!!! Yes our salesperson misspoke....Really...well what happens when a customer just miss hears??? Does the 2 year contract disappear in 24 hours as well....CRICKETS!!!!! And don't waste any time speaking with Paul = Store Manager.....Because that was the biggest joke of all. Go anywhere but here or Verizon....Get a string and two cups you would be way better off. read more
