By far the best retail experience I've ever had at a Verizon Store!! I took my wife to this location to add her to my account and buy her a new phone. Alex T was our representative and it was nothing short of outstanding service, had us in and out in around 20 to 25 minutes. It was as smooth of a transition for my wife as she has ever had. Alex even transferred her service for her after a different store told her she would have to do it herself. Keep in mind she isn't tech savvy at all and it stresses her out causing anxiety usually! He also tried to transfer all her old phone data over to her new phone, but her operating system was too old so they wouldn't communicate. Which we understood, the local Verizon store also told us that their wi-if wasn't strong enough to transfer her phones info for her, and said they couldn't help us. Little did we know that wi-if wasn't even necessary to sync them together. So again thanks Alex and this store for still doing great business!! Highly recommend them!! read more

I was a bit skeptical to go to the store because of past reviews. I decided to go against it since I have yet had any bad customer service in any Verizon store. My stylus for my phone was broken and had to fix some issues with my phone. Lynn Barrios saw me waiting and ask me if I need help not even 2 minutes standing in the store. She called customer sevice, set up my new phone and provided me some extra information to get a new stylus at no cost to me. It is unfortunate that the have had bad reviews but as for me, I will be coming back here if I need to go to a Verizon store. read more

UPDATE: I thank Cecilia S. for taking my phone call regarding this matter. I am giving this review on behalf of my father. He's an elderly asian man and was helped by a much younger asian salesman. My father came to the store on Saturday morning, 09/03/16 to get help with the Samsung Galaxy note 3. He had purchased it from this store some years before and was having now having problems charging the phone. He had switched carriers at this point, too. A saleswoman attempted to help my father first, but said she was unable to determine the problem. That's alright. She asked for help from another salesman, who looked at the phone and determined the phone had a "corroded charging port". He said he could help my father out by either selling him a new phone or he could switch back to Verizon and they could fix it. Wisely, my father declined, thanked the salesman and left. An hour later, my father went to a nearby CVS and saw cell chargers (designed for his Note 3) were available. He talked to a salesman there, was allowed to try the product, and was able to charge the phone. He purchased and fixed the problem himself for $10. Good for him for solving this problem and avoid and making an unnecessary purchase at the advice of this Verizon store. I cannot recommend this store based on the business practice applied to my father. read more

I went in to purchase a plan (which I referred to as the $35 plan) but the rep didn't make it clear that it would be another $20 a month to 'access the line' nor that there would be a $30 fee to begin with on my first bill. When I set up my online account to find a first bill of $100, I immediately called Verizon customer service and they assured me I could cancel and return the sim card for a refund within 24 hours. I was grateful for this because after hearing the monthly bill would be $60 for something I was paying $35 for through MyFamilyMobile there was no way I was going to stick with this plan. I went back to the store to return my phone and the sales rep (Jennifer?) refused to return the sim, saying it had been used. She insisted that I 'knew' about the extra charges, but she said nothing to me about them. I had even called it the '$35 plan' as I said above. So it was clear what *I* thought I was getting with this plan. She continued to argue with me over returning the sim card and I decided to just go above her head with the parent company for the store and do a chargeback on my credit card since this plan absolutely WAS sold under false pretenses and I was NOT warned about this huge, bloated first bill (which there's no way I could have paid). As an aside, when you're on the phone with Verizon doing the disconnect, don't say 'they decided they don't want to pay that much now' as if I freakin' knew it before. No, I didn't change my mind about what we agreed on, I was misled about this overpriced plan. If you are set on using Verizon, which I wouldn't recommend for the price (the same data + unlimited text/talk is available through family mobile on the tmobile backbone for $35 flat - that's after taxes and fees) don't go to these "authorized retailer" places. ONLY deal with an actual Verizon corporate store. I wouldn't have written any of these reviews if I'd just been able to return the SIM, but that was it for me. read more

I had gone to this store to switch to Verizon from another carrier. I wanted to keep my phone from the previous carrier but was told I could not. Being that I was there on 2 different occasions in 2 days I was already frustrated. I wanted to go back to my old carrier but was promised a $50 bill credit and a $50 gift card to stay. I can tell you that I received none of those and when I contacted the person to inform them of this, they were condescending and said that she had checked my account and that I in fact received the credit and that they would call to get the gift card resent via text. I can assure you I never received the bill credit and never received a text for a gift card. These people will lie to get you in. I plan on switching back to the competition very soon after being treated the way I was and being considered a liar when I review my bill every month. read more

I really wish Yelp would let me give zero or negative stars because this place doesn't even deserve one star. I decided to price out a different wireless carrier so I went to this Verizon store. I was told about switching and promotions and it all seemed great, till I left the store and started dealing with the wrath of lies that I was told. I'm still dealing with Verizon on the phone and the rep told me the store lied. I will be filing a formal complaint against the employee and the manager I had to deal with. Sorry there is no zero. Never again will I set foot in this store. Saleslady contradicted EVERYTHING the sales rep told me three weeks ago. When I pointed out the previous rep I was then told that I could change plans but only if I arrived in person at that store - another lie!!! When I argued I probably used a word that might be considered vulgar, but she started screaming "don't curse at me" She didn't even know what cursing means -obviously never been to church. So she runs out of the store as if she is being attacked (by a 75 year old man who can hardly walk). But the only joy was watching the massive body bounding away. She obviously believes that screaming loudly and running will get her out of any lies. I thought ATT was bad, but now I'm switching back, as I will never pay money to this place again. read more

NOT WORTH A STAR!! Worst place ever!!! Warranty is only good "until it breaks". A warranty is to cover the product when it breaks!!!!! Gift cards are a joke! Apparently the staff are not trained in how to process a gift card. DO NOT EXPECT TO GET A REFUND ON AN ITEM THAT IS RETURNED WITHOUT A FIGHT. After returning an item on Saturday, it is now Thursday, and going in 3 times to get the money returned to my account, I am still getting the run around all the way to the "back office".
