When I tried to slide into the little microscopic drawer, the chip got stuck . I proceeded to take my new phone to where I had purchased it. Verizon said they couldn't help me. They sell phones, contracts, cases, etc. But can't help with their own products? Really? So they suggested Tek, across the street. I went and the gentleman took my phone to the back and wa la.... It was fixed in less than 2 minutes. I asked him what I owed him. He said nothing. That's the first time I've heard those words in forever. I thanked him and went on my way. They fix cracked screens there, for less than Verizon. So I would recommend this establishment. They have fixed some of my friends screens. But their business attitude and service was 5 star. They give you the down home feeling.
