He charged me $180, told me the drive was corrupt, and told me I had to mail my hard drive to a data recovery place in Georgia for $600 if I wanted my pictures back. I was distraught! Robert recovered my data and made me a thumb drive in a few hours for a 1/3 of the cost with no problems at all. I am very impressed with his quick turnaround and knowledge about data recovery!
