After researching the manufacturer repair rates/time it takes to receive my phone back I chose to go with Mr. Mobile. I called him in the afternoon and he was able to show up the same day! Not only did he come to where I was but the price was unmatched compared to everywhere else I looked. The amazing part was he showed up (part in hand) and expeditiously fixed my phone on the spot in his repair vehicle. Super fast super reliable. Phone looks brand new again! When I tried to slide into the little microscopic drawer, the chip got stuck . I proceeded to take my new phone to where I had purchased it. Verizon said they couldn't help me. They sell phones, contracts, cases, etc. But can't help with their own products? Really? So they suggested Tek, across the street. I went and the gentleman took my phone to the back and wa la.... It was fixed in less than 2 minutes. I asked him what I owed him. He said nothing. That's the first time I've heard those words in forever. I thanked him and went on my way. They fix cracked screens there, for less than Verizon. So I would recommend this establishment. They have fixed some of my friends screens. But their business attitude and service was 5 star. They give you the down home feeling.

I stopped in today to browse and found a few neat items that I would purchase either for myself or as a gift in the future. I found a neat little smart out let that allows you to plug any device into it and once you download the app it allows you to turn the power on or off from your smart phone. I know they sell these little outlets at home improvement stores ect but this place was small, not crowded and it was very easy to locate items, not to mention the price was under $15.00. Because it was a small store I had no problem locating a sales person to answer my questions. Customer service was professional and prompt. I would return.

Totally understandable, but good to know going in so you can plan ahead if you're trying to save a little money. The only downside we've noticed is that they often seem understaffed. The employees are always nice and doing their best, but you can tell they're stretched thin and running around trying to help multiple customers at once -- which can slow things down a bit. Overall though, affordable lamination services and helpful staff -- just expect possible wait times if it's busy or if you need a rush job. They are not pet friendly.
