Owner, Emil(sp.?), has not worked on a reel/reel, yet did some research to suggest some possible fixes. I will attempt these suggestions this week and hope it fixes the r/r. I had a great experience with Amire. He is smart, kind & trustworthy. I wanted to support small local business so I gave him a try. He not only fixed one phone but two. One was water damage and the other was a bad speaker. Both were Samsung phones. One had fallen into a pool, I was very quick to not turn it on, dry it off, pull out the pen & the sim card, put into a bowl of uncooked rice for several days 1st. I was too afraid to turn it on so I took it to him in case he knew how to get my important data off.. luckily the lcd screen was good. REMEMBER YOUR PASSWORDS! Craziness. We did all of the data transfer.. The other phone the speaker has been bad for several years it was only being used as a Wi-Fi hotspot... he was able to use other parts to make it sound great again. His cost was affordable especially with the knowledge he gave me- my small brain is still trying to comprehend. Technology is moving faster than humans these days. Thank you Amire! I wish this brilliant kind young man the best. Hopefully I won't need any cell repair too soon again but as you know, with phones, it can/will be inevitable! Sighhhhhh... The location is a bit hard to find at first. It is across the street on US17 from Advanced Auto.. It's in a building that has multiple businesses within. There are signs once u enter. To Wireless Clique: If a bad review is not going to matter to you, your karma will. To future customers: Do yourself a favor and drive an extra mile to a place that can guarantee that their work is legitimate. I came to their store with a fully functioning phone that only needed a back glass replacement because of a small crack. "Wireless Clique" missed out on an essential concept of all business operations that have been around for thousands of years. It's called "informed consent". If they tell you, "After we fix the broken glass on your iPhone there is a high chance that your Face ID is never going to work, the colors of your pictures may be completely deranged, your phone will heat up like an iron after 2 minutes of use and your camera flashlight will never work again" - Would you say, "go ahead, try fixing the glass for almost $200?" Right, perhaps not, but it takes honesty and good business to disclose all potential problems, which unfortunately wasn't offered to me. The glass was fixed but my phone was damaged beyond repair after they tampered with it. To attempt to fix the damage they caused I had to spend hours spent on the phone with Apple, driving to the Apple store, all a fruitless waste of time. When I asked for any warranty or a refund, they told me to rip off the replaced glass from the phone, mail it to them and refund me their cost of the glass which is around $14.00, but not the $185.29 that I paid to them to fix my phone. For $200 you can buy a working gently used phone on Ebay, or invest the money in a new device. All I got from "Wireless Clique" was a spit in the face. read more

My first generation iPhone 6 had completely stopped responding. I took it to the Apple Store and they told me I need my screen replaced- for $120 after I decided to seek second opinions knowing my insurance would charge $100. I went and saw Amir. When we first started talking he told me a price equal to apple but after a convo with him he looked at my phone fixed it and gave me an INCREDIBLE price! Whaaaaat?!!!?! Having never broken a screen in any of many cell phones, I was sure I broke the screen on a less than a year old Samsung Galaxy A71 5G. Brought it in to have the screen replaced but he very carefully looked at it, gently peeled back the screen saver & discovered it was cracked not the actual screen. I would have never known the difference. Yup, I knew I had a screen saver but what was cracked was so thick, I was sure both the screen saved & the screen were damaged. read more

No stars. Beware of this shop. My wife took her iPhone and a iPad mini to replace cracked screens. Had a white case iPhone but was told they just ran out of these so they'd give her a black one. She is told come back in to get the white one and they don't honor what they told her they'd do. Second, the iPad cost 256 new. They screen repair was 120. Ok, I normally wouldn't pay half to fix a hair line crack but we did. It worked fine with the crack but I wanted to make sure it was not susceptible to a drink spill, etc. We get it back and realize the screen is super sensitive now. Can't even use it. This is the result of their work. We will go in to have this looked at/hopefully repaired. It will be a difficult time for sure as they are a cash only shop/shady. Don't expect much help and will continue to make it my life mission to let my neighbors, friends, work colleagues and any person reading this know that you are more likely to have your computers damaged by their repairs and they will not honor their commitments to you. Once you pay in cash, all bets are off and you are just a nuisance to them. Old, young beware of this scam operation. You will leave feeling you've been robbed. Absolutely awesome experience! This guy was the only game in town that had a replacement glad for my Droid Maxx! I called him earlier in the day, and he told me he could swap it out same day. I couldn't get out to his store until 3:30, and he was on his way back into the shop from a house call. When he got back in, he took care of a digitizer while chatting with me, then got to work on my phone while I waited. By 4:20, my phone was back to brand new, (cracked glass), and was very happy with both the results, and the customer service/ friendly conversation while I was there. My son had recently gone to Batteries & Bulbs to have the cracked screen on his iPhone repaired. Although he had an appointment, the phone had to be left and picked up later. When he tried using the phone the proximity sensor no longer worked. Later the screen blacked out and he could see nothing on it but there was a crack. While checking around for repair companies in the Charleston area I came across Wireless Clique. What got my attention was the 24 hour availability. I called and found out they have been doing this type of work for years and I was told it should only take about 15 minutes or so to do the repair. You just make a $25.00 deposit to hold your appointment. That gets deducted from the repair cost. I check with my sone afterwards and he said the person he dealt with was very professional and super nice plus he did the repair quickly and EVERYTHING was working properly.
