I received a text back confirming that they "had the screen" and quoted the price. When I arrived and verified with "Nate" that I was there for the scheduled appointment, I was told that "oh no, the techs don't get in UNTIL 11:30 to do the repair". I'm sorry, what?? What type of business schedules a repair for an hour before their employee arrives. Needless to say I was not waiting around for a solid hour and then likely another hour for the tech to actually show up for his job and do the repair. Additionally, Nate didn't really see the problem with this at all and barely apologized.

He charged me $180, told me the drive was corrupt, and told me I had to mail my hard drive to a data recovery place in Georgia for $600 if I wanted my pictures back. I was distraught!
