You call the store and no one will help you. The direct your call to a customer services representative. The customer service department tells you they can't help you because the product was purchased in store. I have talked to two people from the store and been put through the same process of being transferred to the online purchase support. I live 45 minutes from the store and do not want the aggregation of boxing up a tv and taking it all the way back. Do not purchase anything open box it is a pain in the ass if something goes wrong. Hope this helps someone looking for a good deal. I do not recommend buying anything from them and will be canceling my Best Buy credit as soon as possible.

Pretty slick - call AT&T and the help center is saying - sorry, but you're stuck with that 3rd line... on the hook for 30 months at $35 a month (for the line). That equals - $1k cost for a phone/line we don't need. AT&T is awful... it's fees. And nickel and dime. And some shady fine print bait and switches. Use them at your own risk.
