My favorite part was the ease of ordering online for pick up and being able to pick up my items super seamlessly. The workers here are all super nice and were willing to provide quotes on repairing some old consoles I have as well. This is a great option to check out if you're looking for some harder to find retro electronics or need your old gameboy, Playstation or other system to be repaired!

Update: "Jeff", the manager reached out to repair via text, but we simply don't trust this business after visiting in person and then calling twice afterwards to have them replace in one day. Sorry, but we have never had a cracked phone screen in this household until we used your product. And it very well could have been cracked or dropped by your business since we noticed the cracks less than 18 hours after getting the phone back. As it's an older phone (four years), I can guarantee it has been dropped a few times, so looks like an easy out for them to not cover warranty. They are either really bad at repairs or offer cheap replacement products to customers. Go to a more reputable place, like Computer Cave. They are honest and offer quality repair and products. Staff at this Fruit Fixed Store couldn't even tell me how much the part the cost or even acknowledge that glass can crack from cheap quality or improper repair. Mainly because my phone is insured through asurion, which might I add, has really stepped their insurance program up compared to years of yore, but, for other devices that I can't fix myself, I take to this particular franchise. I'm an OTR driver, from Reno and currently in emporia Virginia. My s23 ultra took a s*** on me last night, and I run a majority of my business primarily through this phone, and partially on my tablet. Being as tech savvy as I am, and having this issue before, I called Rashad, he told me he was open and to file a claim before I got there, and then to get there ASAP so they could get my device fixed. I drove to a closer location that said they were open on sundays, and they actually weren't, but that put me about a half an hour away from Glen Allen when I made that call. I followed Rashad's advice, headed towards their facility and tussled with asurion for about a half an hour to get my claim started. I walked in, Josh checked me in, super cool dude, and they're playin music from the 2000s, that brought back a lot of memories!!! We exchanged a few words and pleasantries, and off my phone went to rashad, and off I went back to my truck to wait it out. Within an hour, Rashad called me and told me my repair was complete. And it was just as I suspected, what he concurred. He whipped it into shape, ran tests, and sent me on my way. What a great couple of guys they are! The store itself is pretty small with no frills inside, which was fine. They had to send my watch to another store to get it replaced so it took 3 business days. The cost was around $125. Kind of high for a watch battery but cheaper than a new smart watch. My only complaint is that I took my watch in because of a bad battery so my % battery on drop off was like 10%. When I picked my new battery watch up, it was a 3%... I would have liked to have had them charge it some at least so that I could see that the new battery was replaced.
