The sales associate clearly documented our address as on a military installation and requirements for the crew to enter post. It was apparent the courteous staff to include managers at the store shared our frustration as they were limited to the same 1-800 number provided to me with over a 30 minute hold time to coordinate delivery. The delivery support team from the 1-800 number's recourse was to refer us back to Home Depot store staff who could not resolve the situation. When asked if the delivery crew could deliver to Home Depot so I could pick up in store we were told it was not possible. To sum this, up my family was with out a washer and dryer for 6 days as we uninstalled our old system to accommodate delivery requirements, we spent 8 hours waiting on a delivery crew that never showed up due to 4 hour window delivery times and spent 3 hours trying to arrange delivery for items we ended up canceling due to lack of confidence in the stores capability to deliver the items to our residence that we purchased. I chose to pick it up on the 1st because I needed a washer Immediately. The salesman said they would call me when it came in. Friday came and I never heard anything so I called the store at 2pm and spoke to the salesman again and he said the washer would not be here until Monday the 4th. I expressed my dissatisfaction with my service because I had scheduled help to get the washer into the house on Friday and I had no way of getting the washer in the house on Monday. Again, I was told I could pick the washer up on Friday. The salesman said there must be a misunderstanding. I asked to have a discount on the washer because of the inconvenience and the salesman said he gave me the sale price. The salesman then told me he could give me my money back as a resolution to the problem. I then asked to speak to a manager and the salesman said he would be here on Saturday. I called on Saturday and spoke with a manager and explained the situation again. I asked the manager if they could waive the delivery fee since I had no one to help get the washer in the house and he said he would do it for $129.00. I then said if you could bring the price down to $100.00 I would except that. The manager said he could not do that. I told the manager that I have bought appliances from them before and bought numerous appliance parts but obviously my words fell on deaf ears. I then told him to cancel the order and I would call him back on Monday to give him my credit card information to credit my account. I called on Monday and spoke with the salesman again and gave him my information to return my money. He said he would take care of it. I checked my bank account on Thursday and the money still had not been returned. I called the store again and the salesman said my account was credited on Monday and it may take 2 to 3 days for the money to clear. He said if you don't see the money in your account by Friday to give us a call. I finally got a receipt for the transaction on my phone Friday afternoon. I then called my bank to verify the transaction and they told me that the transaction was actually done on Friday and not on Monday like the salesman said. I know the customer is not always right every time but when you are told that your money has been returned and it hasn't, you can pick your washer up on Friday and you can't. Then you are told you must have misunderstood what was said. If they are willing to lie about when your money has been returned to your account would they also lie about when the washer was supposed to come in? Integrity is everything!!!! I have done business with The Appliance Place for years and I have bought a Refrigerator, Dishwasher and numerous appliance parts from them with no problems. My family has also done business with The Appliance Place before but after this experience neither my family or I will give The Appliance Place our business or recommendations any more.

I feel like we were robbed. My sister was very well loved and received over 50 arrangement, Peace Lilies, bouquets, bleeding hearts, wreaths and such beautiful flowers from other florist. The amount was just incredible. This mess of a wreath stuck out as unfinished and unprofessional. I was embarrassed to say the least. Other florist really delivered the MOST, beautiful.
