I visited this location to redeem a builders coupon for 2-pints of paint and to purchase a gallon of paint for a new project... what a great experience. Not only were the employees friendly, they were helpful with recommendations and transparent with pricing. For example, I had a 50% coupon and already went online for pricing so knew what expect... or so I thought. I was told (before purchase) that the store prices are different from the online purchases. I was appreciative of being made aware of this prior to making a purchase. I selected the brand, color, and paint type then he took a few minutes to mix the color according to the type I requested. Upon completion of the purchase, he boxed up my items and loaded them into my vehicle. Even better, 1-pint of paint listed on my coupon was out of stock and he took down my number to call when it became available with a free drop off at my house since this company is frequently in my neighborhood... saving me a job. The sales associate clearly documented our address as on a military installation and requirements for the crew to enter post. It was apparent the courteous staff to include managers at the store shared our frustration as they were limited to the same 1-800 number provided to me with over a 30 minute hold time to coordinate delivery. The delivery support team from the 1-800 number's recourse was to refer us back to Home Depot store staff who could not resolve the situation. When asked if the delivery crew could deliver to Home Depot so I could pick up in store we were told it was not possible. To sum this, up my family was with out a washer and dryer for 6 days as we uninstalled our old system to accommodate delivery requirements, we spent 8 hours waiting on a delivery crew that never showed up due to 4 hour window delivery times and spent 3 hours trying to arrange delivery for items we ended up canceling due to lack of confidence in the stores capability to deliver the items to our residence that we purchased. We are very disappointed with our experience.

I found the designated parking lot to be clean and spacious on a weekday morning. As I approached the door a black gentleman was exiting as he assisted a customer with loading supplies in their car. He took the time to say hello. Once in the store I quickly located what I needed without the help of another clerk that had yet to see me. The man I passed at the door returned and immediately came to me to ask if assistance was required. After explaining the purpose of my visit he recommended none of their products. His recommendation was bleach and water on brick. So instead of a sale he honestly told me what he would do. Prior to leaving I looked around. The store although not big was clean, brightly lit and organized nicely. I also found the restroom that serves men and women clean with proper supplies. The clerk was correct on utilizing a home remedy, it cleaned off the mold perfectly at less cost. I would recommend the store and plan on using them again this Winter for an interior paint job.
