One of the customer there waiting as well said, from experience you can get the Ring camera at Home Depot or Lowe's for the same price, so I will be going tomorrow to buy one. I never thought I would say this, but Best Buy's customer care has fell along the wayside. I didn't even want to give them one star.

Mr. Ray came over to help us. I explained that I was looking at their GE machines on-line and we wanted to purchase a washer and dryer. I went from the top-of-the-line to a "lower" model because I really didn't want all the bells and whistles (15 functions???? I need maybe 3 and no, I don't need wifi because honestly, I don't care if my wash is done - I'll move it to the dryer when I get to it). Mr. Ray looked up the machine I was interested in, and while it was going to take at least 3 weeks for delivery, the price was even less than what was on the show room model. I like less. The installation (professional!) along with the recycling of the existing is all one price. The parts (new hoses are a must) were less than the box store. The warranty (same amount of time and basically the same price) is actually BETTER than what the box store covers. I'm liking local. I like walking out of a showroom happy about my purchase.

Then she told me that she would just throw it away (She did.) for me and told me to have a good day. So I'm sitting there like "Do I either get a refund or should I go get another CD?!?!" She look confused! I mean I know it's only two dollars but seriously you wouldn't even offer me a refund?!? You're just gonna throw it away until you have a good day?!?! Later I asked another employee about the whole situation and he said that it's ridiculous that they'll allow the CDs to be inside the cases when they know people steal them. He told me for as long as he's been working there he recommends that you don't buy the music or CDs.

I think their packing needs some review to prevent this in the future. Until then, I don't recommend an online order from this facility.

You will no say as to what time the product comes so be prepared to clear your entire delivery to make it more convenient for them. When I called the day before to ask when I can expect them, I was told that only decide that around 6:00 pm the night before. They also charge for everything. Delivery, by the piece for removal, etc, etc. and their prices are not great. My wife wanted a two sided mattress or I would have walked out during the sales process. They gave the impression that I was "another damn customer" that they had to deal with versus someone making a buying decision.
