It looks like they serve a large area, so when I called I was told that they would be in the Richmond area on Wednesday and estimated the timeline of 11-1pm when I called Monday. The interaction was super quick and cordial. I did a search using Yelp, contacted someone I've used before and others sent me a quote. The company I used previously did not work on Samsungs. Professional Appliance Repair responded and told me to give them a call which I did. Talked to them and they were up front telling me $79 for the service call and if they find the issue and fix it they charge would go towards it. This also happened to be a rental home I manage so they asked me for the tenants number so they can work with them as far as time line. Everything was seamless, they came out to the house that morning and worked with the tenant. They found an issue with the sensors, which required that they order the part. They indicated it would take 3-4 days or so to get the part in. They got the part in the following Monday and fixed it. They accept venmo which is what I ended up paying through. Overall great experience and super responsive. I would totally use them again for the rental and my own home!

He walked in, without ever removing his backpack, stated that I needed to purchase something called Afresh to get rid of the smell. I stated that I have lived in this house for 24 years and have used this particular washer for almost two years and this problem has never before arisen. He then stated that he has "done this job for 8 years and he knows what he is talking about." Needless to say, I am quite bothered that I waited all day for Matthew B to walk in and tell me to buy Afresh. Although he was not rude, he was certainly dispassionate about my situation and suggested that maybe I should look into buying a more expensive washer. I called the Best Day Appliance office and spoke with the Office Manager who informed me that she is the only avenue for filing a complaint and that Matthew B is the only technician who works for Best Day Appliance. It's quite possible that Best Day Appliance is a mother/son business. Matthew's mother was nice enough to give me the phone number to Assurance if I wanted to request that they send a different company out to assess my machine. It took 4 weeks just to get him out to diagnosed, 5 canceled and rescheduled appointments. It took another 4 weeks to get him back out to replace the parts. Again, 3 canceled and rescheduled appointments. A total of 8 weeks without an oven. You cannot talk to a live person at this company, it is all AI. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The place where the oven was to be fixed is 15 from the address of Sears Home Services. I drove there and no Sears office, there is a furniture store there. This company is strictly AI. Terrible.
