Diego and Wilbur came to our house today to do a cleanup after we had a plumbing backup. The team…read morethat came out last week did not really clean or sanitize the contents of the office that was effected by the water, nor did they clean the bathroom. It was filthy when they left. Chris Fleming, the project manager, came back out and saw the mess and immediately requested that dispatch send another team out. Diego and Wilbur came today. Dispatch told me before they came that they are an A+ team. They were absolutely wonderful. They cleaned the bathroom until it was spotless. They had to tear out a bit more of the paneling in the basement and some more ceiling tiles and they cleaned and sanitized EVERYTHING in that basement. We are very happy and cannot say enough what an awesome job they did. Thank you to Chris Fleming for making this right, and thank you to Diego and Wilbur for your professionalism and amazing work.

I don't think this company has enough reviews! When I moved into my home 10 years ago, I hired them…read moreto install an attic fan and a bathroom exhaust fan. The technician was great - very professional and personable. I wish I remembered his name, but I wasn't yelping then.... Last week, after my semi-annual heating, electrical and plumbing maintenance inspection with "one of the big companies you see on tv", I was advised that I needed lots of electrical repairs completed, to the tune of a minimum of several hundred dollars up to thousands of dollars to replace (not upgrade) my electric panel. One of those repair estimates was to replaced the attic fan that I had installed 10 years prior, for about 50% more than I originally paid for it. Whenever I am faced with expensive repairs, I always solicit a few additional estimates. I submitted an online request on Saturday, Dave responded almost immediately and set me up for an appointment on Monday. My technician was Rob. I ran down my laundry list of repairs, one of which included replacing the attic fan. I was delighted to be quoted about the exact same price to replace the attic fan that I had paid 10 years ago. The other estimates were also fair, and Rob advised me that I did not NEED to replace my electric panel. The recommendation is to replace it after about 15 years or so, so my panel is definitely dated, and could be replaced, but not due to any damage or malfunction. In addition, the estimate provided to replace it was much more reasonable than the one I received from the "big company you see on tv." I don't think it's fair to bash that "big company you see on tv" because their prices are outrageous, so I'll just say that I found Sherwin to be a more reasonable company to deal with for my budget, and I appreciate that the tech was there to do an efficient job rather than upsell me on repairs or services I do not need. I'm pretty sure I'll be calling them when I'm ready to modernize my electric panel.

I'm honestly not sure. I've been using them for several years (I think 8?), and they've switched to…read morea yearly monthly plan where you get 2 free inspections, and it looks like this year isn't even a full year. Odd. If I have been paying each month, then they should still honor the two free inspections otherwise for the year, as it's like I'm being charged a much higher fee for the last inspection if I simply add up the monthly payments. They've been timely in the past and I think fair, and it looks like the other person who had come over instead of Joey prior to the last inspection had not replenished the Freon when he was supposed to (in case a top off was needed). That used to be part of the yearly inspection plan I had. As a result, Joey saw that Freon was low and I guess assumed there was a leak) and I had to pay nearly $300 to top off the Freon. Odd. I have a call in to them to discuss this agreement.

He wants us to live in this property so that we can save money. The property was built in 1952 so the lighting here is terrible. Just a couple of windows. My hubby wanted me to love it here as much as possible so he called a few electrician companies to come out and give us a quote to get his gal some good ole lighting Many of the companies were asking us to pay them money to give us a quote! We got quotes for up to $100 for just a visit to our home. Ridiculous. Anyhow my hubby found Ace Electric & they were able to get someone to come out and give us a quote the very next day. (Charge free) After they gave us the quote they actually had some guys finish work the same day! So the guys came and out started to put in our recess lighting. Cayman & Ray were awesome. Did a really beautiful job & their work gave our property such a face lift. When the tenants move out of the other side of our duplex my husband will use them again to install more recess lighting.
