Much to our surprise the duct never made it to the exterior wall, it ended a couple of feet from where it dropped thru the floor at the dyer..The job turned out to be much greater and involved than either one of us expected. Joe was able to quickly construct a hard duct work and install it. Working with detailed efficiency Joe solved a serious problem that I didn't even know I had. As he was boxing his tools I asked if White Glove did any water quality testing and explained a problem I suspect I have on my supply line. He offered to take a sample on the spot that would be sent off to a lab. He quoted me a price and said I could pay in a week when the sample came back. How much more could I ask for? It looks like they serve a large area, so when I called I was told that they would be in the Richmond area on Wednesday and estimated the timeline of 11-1pm when I called Monday. The interaction was super quick and cordial. I did a search using Yelp, contacted someone I've used before and others sent me a quote. The company I used previously did not work on Samsungs. Professional Appliance Repair responded and told me to give them a call which I did. Talked to them and they were up front telling me $79 for the service call and if they find the issue and fix it they charge would go towards it. This also happened to be a rental home I manage so they asked me for the tenants number so they can work with them as far as time line. Everything was seamless, they came out to the house that morning and worked with the tenant. They found an issue with the sensors, which required that they order the part. They indicated it would take 3-4 days or so to get the part in. They got the part in the following Monday and fixed it. They accept venmo which is what I ended up paying through. Overall great experience and super responsive. I would totally use them again for the rental and my own home!

The second time was the big job that involved a full replacement of the bathtub fixtures. When I tell you they replaced everything, I mean everything. The mixer tap, cold and hot water supply lines, gaskets, retaining nuts, connectors, etc. The work was flawless and that's 100% due to Landon. His communication was excellent throughout the job. I was surprised at how expensive it was and was told "this is the lowest priced task order we have." $287.50 which did include the trip charge. So . . . as long as the work you need performed is worth at least that much to you then you should be good - especially if you also use them for HVAC service - in which case I think they knock 15% off the price of their plumbing work. For what it's worth: We were only having the cartridge replaced in our kitchen sink (I already had the new cartridge). Colonial tells me their rate to replace the entire faucet and sprayer is only $10 more, but it doesn't seem I can apply what I've already spent on the cartridge toward the labor to replace the entire faucet - which is not surprising, since it will be a separate trip/task. (The parts are being provided direct to me by Pfister under their lifetime warranty policy, so Colonial isn't involved with that).
