Awesome business!! With a major snow/ice storm coming we realized late that we were not prepared to have a backup heat source if we lost power for several days. We were scrambling to find a company that could inspect and clean our chimney, as we have lived in our house for 26 years and never used it. Not surprisingly, everyone I called was all booked up. Then I found Dust Doctors on Yelp and they saved the day! The owner sent a super nice young man named Prophet right out to do the job. As it turned out, the area around our crown needed to be repaired so he came out at 7:00 the next morning and did a fantastic job! Now we have peace of mind knowing we have at least some source of heat if the power goes out. We referred a friend who had also gotten caught unprepared at the last minute and they squeezed her in to their very tight schedule and cleaned her chimney later the same day. Nine intakes were cleaned for $600 and the final result was like it was barely touched. When this quality was questioned, the technician said that this is the service they provide for the money paid. I recently used this company to clean my wood stove chimney. Big mistake, they charged me $320 dollars for the job. Tried to get a fire going later that day, but could not. But that worked out though because if I had started a fire the house would have burned down. So I had someone else come clean the chimney and they got over 6 foot of bird nest from the chimney. I called this pathetic company back to get my money back. But they are playing stupid and saying I called the wrong number. So since they want to play I am going to file paperwork and take them to court and sue for a lot more than $320 from this pathetic liar and crook.
