A great company and excellent work. We had just bought our new home in the area and our 20 year old AC unit went out 5 days after closing. Not completely unexpected, but as home-buyers know, you have enough stress and financial burden already. I received a paid evaluation done by another vendor who came and informed me of the bad news. They presented 4 options for new HVAC and all were pretty pricey. I remembered that TechMasters had also responded very quickly and asked them to give us some pricing. They provided a free in-home assessment followed by MUCH MORE reasonable priced HVAC systems. We were up and running again with our new system only a short time later. Even with supply issues, this company understands they are in the business to give people relief. The other place, in addition to higher costs, was going to take 10 days longer to get our system installed. We use TechMasters now for our service and maintenance needs as well! We went through *four* deadbeat contractors in *12 months* via a home warranty company and all of them ghosted on us. Not TechMasters though - they communicated arrival times, showed up on time, were professional and most of all ACTUALLY DID THE WORK THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO! Joey, Jason and Nathan installed our new furnace in just a few hours - clearly they knew what they were doing. They explained everything, answered all of my questions and even showed me how to manipulate the air diverters to maximize comfort and efficiency. We liked them so much that when it's time to do our air conditioner there's no question I'm going to request them by name through our warranty company. My HVAC unit was not running right on Tuesday 1/4/22 and I was scheduled for TechMasters to come out on Thursday 1/6/2022, through my home warranty. TechMasters ended up sending someone out on Tuesday afternoon to look at my unit. Marc P was the tech that showed up. I was very impressed with Marc. He was very informative and knowledgeable. We had broken AC and contacted various vendors. None of them was willing to do work soon and told us to wait 1-2 months. We contacted techmasters and they not only beat the cost- far better than other vendors but they delivered quality (5-6 hours of work commitment) within a week. The coil in our air exchanger for the air conditioner was leaking and effected the output of cool air. Not pleasant during hot weather. I got three quotes and one was from TechMasters. Our unit was acting up or so I thought. I called and made an appointment. Joey arrived on time and was very friendly and explained how and why our unit was going into defrost every 2hrs. I was under the assumption that your unit would go into defrost only if there was frost build-up on it. He checked everything out and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. TechMasters, Joey, was great! Put in a request through Yelp on Sunday, as our air conditioning was not working. Joey called, let me know that he was at a home reviewing their needs, and would call me back to let me know if he could make it that same day or on Monday. An hour later, Joey called, showed up on Sunday, quickly reviewed the issue, which happened to be a few wires not connected, and had the unit working within 15 minutes. We had an issue with our AC making awful noise. We had worked with TechMasters in the past. When I called, they had two techs that were going to be passing near our home on the way to another job. They were able to make a quick diversion on the way to the job to assess our issue. They were able to quickly assess and diagnose the issue and fix.
